Nothing everything was perfect

My stay at Marigold Hotel Jaisalmer was absolutely marvelous! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The food was amazing, with a large variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian items, They expertly organized an enchanting camel safari, along with a plethora of other thrilling activities, transforming our trip into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly made this desert adventure unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend Marigold Hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Jaisalmer.

The hotel is really nice and everything is new and well preserved for the time they have been opened. The staff were all very nice Special thanks to the guy in the kitchen and the his helper They have organised a very nice safari for us You can skip the village visit and "the temple" - not worth it. Everything else was fantastic!

The feeling you always feel like a foreigner and you r being charged much more then the locals On the first night one of the managers was drunk and was a bit loud , highly unprofessional in my book, sorry Unable to pay by credit card as stated , this is typical here in India , sick of it

The best part was mr BILAL ,the man on receeiption was in his best what ever we have asked him he has given his best ,the location was excellent everything was near around a kilometre or 2 km ,apart from this even they have managed my late arrival as wel as I hv requested Bilal for late chkk out, he has taken care of that also & that of no charge,one word for all things "excellent" location, hospitality, ambience,food. Even they r always ready no matter what so ever any time even at 12 pm they have managed milk for my 2 year kid....thanks for all nothing much can be expected....

Very nice and clean room, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Our son had a birthday and they prepared a birthday cake for him. They organised very nice desert safari with camels. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Rooms are not soundproofed so it can be noisy in the evening and early morning.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, particularly the owner and manager. The building is beautiful and very well located on a quiet street with a fantastic view of the Fort from the roof terrace. The hotel was clean and our room was lovely. The most comfortable bed in India. The WiFi worked well, the restaurant was good with quick service. They picked us up from the train station for free which was very helpful. We booked our camel safari with the hotel with no hassle. Great relaxing break from the usual chaotic pace of India.

Beautiful ornate stonework, the hotel offers excellent views of the fort from the rooftop/restaurant. Perfect uninterrupted views of both sunrise and sunset, and just a stones throw from the fort entrance. They hotel is immaculately clean, staff are very welcoming and accomodating, ready to help with any queries and advice .the chai on offer is excellent as is the masala omlette. Water pressure in shower is powerful. I highly recommend Golden hotel Marigold

All good no complaints here, for me it ticked all the right boxes. Its a reasonably priced, ideally located, clean hotel.

We liked the cleanliness and the beautiful room. The AC and the fan worked very well and the staff were very helpful and kind. The rooftop is definitely the best place in the hotel: the views of the fort are amazing while you can have a cold drink on a comfortable bench. Highly recommended.

Maybe the only thing was the bed linen, since it had a duvet and it is maybe too hot for that. I would have preferred to have just a bed sheet.

Very cool room, fantastic view and we got an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Beautiful view of the fort, loved the rooftop restaurant, food was ok. Helpful staff and loved the heritage feel of the building.

Shower was a bit average but wouldn’t stop me returning to stay again.

Very nice property, very clean rooms and comfortable stay. Staff is very good and supportive. Great location just next to fort also they have open rooftop restaurant wt view of fort . Food is good. Enjoyed my stay.
