Very clean, professionally run, tasteful haveli style newer hotel. The hotel is located a short, easy to navigate distance away from the entrance to the historic fort, shops, restaurants. We really liked being outside the fort where things were a little calmer (unless there happens to be a wedding party across the street!) The staff were super sweet, warm and very attentive. The restaurant food and service was excellent. We took advantage of the “non touristic safari”. It was a beautiful, no frills relaxing break from the frenetic pace of city life, riding camels in silence an hour into the desert, eating simple food prepared over a fire, sleeping on comfortable metal cots with heavy blankets looking up to the open sky. They also arranged a terrific driver, Dilip Singh, for us to go to Bikaner, Mandawa, Nawalgarh and Jaipur for us. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel room were really nice and very typical. We asked for a taxi transfer from Jodhpur Airport to Jaisalmer and the owner picked us up. He was super friendly and very helpful to help us organise our 2 days and also our trip with the same company to the desert. This was also awesome experience, without any tourist incl camel ride and overnight under the staff. Lastly we had the opportunity to test the restaurant and it was also super nice It is also very well located to walk around the city

Nothing, all was great

The view was lovely of the fortress and surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. The rooms were delightful, a pleasant refuge, especially in comparison to other similarly priced accommodations. It was the only hotel we were fully satisfied with throughout our stay in India.

The area is very noisy even at night and the air is polluted, however this is not the fault of the hotel of course and the same can be said throughout the majority of the Indian subcontinent.

This hotel is pleasant-looking and appears newish, made of sandstone and built in the traditional Haveli style. It's located on the outskirts of town, about a 10 minute walk to the fort. It's nice inside and has a rooftop restaurant, etc, but for me the best part about it was the service. The staff there let me shower after my camel safari (though I'd already checked out), and they even drove me in the hotel jeep to the pickup location for the bus I was taking, for free!

The room is a bit pricier than some other options in Jaisalmer, but like I said the service was great, so perhaps it's worth it.

The staff at this hotel were all friendly and helpful. This hotel closed to most of the attractions, all within walking distance. Our flight from Jaipur to Jaiselmer was cancelled, so we rearranged our trip by taking car from Jaipur to Jodhpur, staying one night, then we asked this hotel to arrange transport from Jodhpur to Jaiselmer. The hotel staff responded quickly and even WhatsApp called us when we tried to find the driver In Jodhpur (our stay in Jodhpur was inside the old town where no car could drive inside) and the trip went well. The breakfast was very good and dishes for dinner were very tasty. Overall very pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel for stay if anyone visits Jaiselmer.

This hotel has been exceptional in every aspect, just to name some of them: We had a really nice welcoming with a free tea at the roof top with amazing views of the city. The staff was really helpfull helping us with directions or tu understand the trains in india. The room was nice, beutiful and clean with everything to cover our needs. Also the shower was as hot-warm as you wish (something difficult to find sometimes here). The breakfast was really good too. They allowed us to keep our lugagge in the hotel after the check out… To summarize: 100% recomended with the best quality-prize we could imagine

We liked absolutelybeverything

Very nice place at a good location in the old town close to everything. It's really nice to hang on one of the couches on the terrace overlooking the city with a cold drink. The rooftop restaurant has delicious lunch and dinner options and the breakfast is also good (western and Indian choice). Very attentive and considerate staff. The room was comfortable with clean linen and the softest towels.

Very little the AC remote had no batteries and we wasn't plugged. No big deal fixed instantly. We only ate there once. But had some nice chill time on the roof with a few beers

I stayed with my husband and my mother in the triple bedroom. We had a nice a pleasant stay - the only adults part just not so true, but wasn't bothered by it. The rooms are decent, clean, staff very helping. Terrace is nice in the night, hot in the day but they have an inside section. Indian food is most adviseable to order, its very good, the rest of the menu is mediocre. The hotel has its own overnight non-touristic desert safari which we booked after our two night stay. It was a once in a lifetime experience! Everyone who enjoys nature should go for it, you travel with your own people and the guide, so you have the nature to yourself. Enjoy delicious food under the beautiful stars. Book this experience after your hotel stay, don't worry they take care of your luggage and you save money on not booking that extra night.
