Absolutely love this hotel! This is my second time at Bheemli Resort and have loved it both the times. The first one was pre Covid, so was a bit apprehensive about whether the experience would be as good this time around. And was so happy to see that they've kept up their standards and actually improved as well wherever they could. The rooms, facilities, food, service, hospitality, staff - everything was top notch and super comfortable. And when you couple that with the stunning views of the Sea and the proximity to the Beach, this place is an amazing one to be at. Please keep the good work going team! :)

Customer service was good

Communication should be good between a customer and manager. Prioritize your meetings when customer is waiting for your response. Because with out satisfying your customer at first place, what’s the point of having your internal meetings. 2. Valet parking at midnight arrivals.

The location facing the quiet beach was perfect. The food was great and it's really worth mentioning. The facilities were kids friendly. My son could ride a cycle and feed the rabbits.

The pathway to play area in the basement was very messy. we had to pass through the laundry and staff cleaning rooms. the pool looked a bit dirty, should be improved.

My visa card did not always work for payment, it was not clear if that was a problem of my bank or at the hotel Noisy other guests who were there to party

An amazing experience I had with my family for our New year . The staff were very polite and courteous and they had heeded to every request we made. A room with a sea facing balcony was a real icing on the cake! Highly recommended place for a blissful stay at Vizag! Keep up the good work team!!

This was my third stay at The Bheemli Resort. I love the location, the room and amenities, the food and staff. Super clean rooms and adequate, safe parking space as well.

The wifi seemed to be patchy in my room.

Great location. Was surprised to find such a great spot to relax by the sea. The balconies provided a great view and literally the sea was a stones throw distance. Food was pretty good and so was the swimming pool on the terrace. Overall a great experience.

Wifi speed could have been a bit better but overall very happy with our stay.

I had to struggle to get an extra bed for my kid. I got a blank refusal at first. The sofa cum bed they provide is too tiny even for a 7 yr old. No movement space . Also the property informed booking.com that the card i provided during booking was a debit card and not credit card , which is not true.

The property is on an excellent location with a good view of the sea . The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean . The staff is very courteous and the captain of F&B was very kind with special request for meals for our kids . The infinity pool on the 5th floor is excellent and kids had a blast. The breakfast buffet spread was also very good , though lunch and dinner could be a notch better. It was good still.

Everything is perfectly maintained and managed. Awesome staff. Location and view from rooms balcony is breathtaking. Room is also well maintained and very clean. Infinity pool and view from there is very rare to find any where. Lunch and breakfast buffets spread was good.

Few places like near infinity pool edges can be more cleaner, inside the pool it was nice and we'll maintained

Location was terrific ie on the beach . BF spread was good and food was tasty . The staff were extra accomodative for special orders

Overall further investment needs to be made in the property to upgrade the property
