Very welcoming. I liked the pool area

My friend and I had cocktails with vodka at the pool bar. It was not true vodka. We had a couple and we both were so intoxicated we could not walk. It was not vodka as was witnessed the next day when my friend saw the barman pouring clear liquid from a water bottle into an absolute vodka bottle.

The facilities ate the hotel are good. The pool and swim up bar are very good. The rooms are a quite large and well-appointed. The staff are excellent, and the location is very good. The morning breakfast is fine but not exceptional.

The bathroom is adequate although now a little tired. The bath in the bathroom for showering is very slippery and could be dangerous. The worst point about the hotel is beyond their control - the extremely loud live music from the restaurant/bar directly opposite the hotel that goes from 8:30 in the evening until quite late. It makes it difficult to get to sleep as it permeates the entire hotel.

Everything was great. Room clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. No noise in the room even with a band playing across the road. Pool bar with food and drinks.

Breakfast warmers set too low, food was cold. After I explained to staff the heat was increased the next day, think its important to have hot food with all the gastro around. Having said that, no illness for anyone in our group of 8.

The staff are absolutely amazing and really looked after us. My friend was unfortunately taken ill and in hospital for 3 days of our stay and the staff were so helpful, offering to take me to the hospital and asking every day how we were doing. The rooms we had were beautiful and clean, and huge! The food in the hotel was great, pizzas, satay chicken and mee goreng were delicious. The location was perfect, close to Garlic Lane and the beach. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again soon xx

Bar across the road is super loud (and empty, probably for that reason) but not a big deal, it's Bali after all!

From the moment we walked into reception we knew we made the right choice booking here. The smiles greeted us everywhere. The hotel is in a convenient central location- not too far from the beach and close to Ybar and other handy eateries/bars. The swim up bar in the awesome pool was on point and the lads there let us extend happy hour which was great as we met some fellow Aussies and time got away. Krista (I think her name is) at breakfast was helpful in explaining where I could buy the pineapple Jam they served. Breakfast was awesome - a wide selection and delicious. Our room was well appointed with cold aircon and minibar to keep our drinks chilled. Kettle in the room too which I appreciate to make my sachet coffee whenever I choose. We will definitely come back.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of Legian. My family spent a lot of time in the pool, playing games and making use of the bar facilities. The breakfasts were very good and provided us with a great variety of choices. Several of us also had treatments in the Spa Room and they were fantastic. The girls provided a great service and were lovely.

One night there was a buffet which you needed to sign up for and I don't think they catered for enough people. I have several grandchildren who are young adults and they were left disappointed. There are of course, always people who take more than their fair share and spoil it for everyone else.

Fantastic location. Cafes, restaurants, bars and cafes all at the doorstep. Garlic Lane which has the best shopping is a five minute walk. Kuta is a short walk away. The pool and swim up bar were fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were cleaned and serviced daily There is an onsite spa which unfortunately we didn't have a chance to take advantage of. We will definitely be returning in the not too distant future.

The service in the restaurant and bar was extremely slow at times, resulting in our group going elsewhere. Communicating with some of the team, especially in the restaurant at breakfast was an issue.

Staff - excellent. Always friendly and smiling, they are quick to help however they can. Location - fantastic. In the centre of Legian with everything you need less than 1 km The hotel itself is In amazing condition considering we first stayed nearly 15 years ago. It feels like you are in a much younger place.

The hotel still gives out 600ml water bottles every day. I feel a more sustainable alternative would be to provide a central water dispenser and encourage guests to bring a water bottle and refill for free. We stayed in 2 other hotels this trip that did that, one even gave us a reusable drink bottle at check in.

The staff were excellent. Made an effort to get to know everyone. Being a smaller hotel. There was just enough going on around the pool to have a nice feel. No chaos or stupidity.

Its a simple thing. But the adjoining doors for the rooms open the wrong way. So they open back into the entry doors to the rooms. Making it a bit of a hazard sometimes coming into your room.

The location of the property was fantastic. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, mini marts, pharmacy’s and pubs. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy. Staff were also very friendly.

As like many Bali resorts and hotels maintenance is lacking. After covid the whole of Indonesia is getting back to its feet with tourists flocking back in. I would expect that maintenance is is on the to do list once tourism economy has peaked again.
