close to airport - decent and good value

they charge your credit card with a deposit when checking in (not usual in Indonesia). if it’s a debit card, they’ll charge you and give you the money in cash back when you leave. If this is your last day in Indonesia..very useful.. if you take a private taxi; the adress on Grab etc is not correct. Moreover, they will charge your taxi driver 5.000 for simply dropping you off or picking you up. also unheard in Indonesia.

We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The wifi worked well. Staff were hospitable and as competent and one would normally expect in Indonesia. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were very clean, The airport shuttle service was excellent and reliable.

This hotel has really poor performance compared to other hotels as far as basic procedures like check-in and check-out. For example they require a cash deposit in indonesian currency on arrival. That complicates check in and also causes delays at check-out while they check the room and refund the deposit (our shuttle was delayed to the airport by 10 minutes because of this). After flying 36 hours to fly to Indonesia, I really don't need extra complications, and they shouldnt be taking 30 to 45 minutes to check us out.

Excellent hotel, we could not fault the service or the staff. The free shuttle service was excellent, the hotel held up a card with our name when we exited security and the staff remained with us until we reached the hotel and even taught us some Indonesian while we was waiting for the shuttle (we waited about 30mins, but this wasn’t a problem) We paid our room deposit in cash and this was returned to us upon departure. Also the food was e excellent and very good value for money.

The fridge could of been colder, but this was a very minor detail, overall the hotel was excellent and we would most definitely return 😊

Great staff, amazing room and facilities. I especially liked that they have a free shuttle service to/from the airport - this was very helpful for us as we picked this hotel just to spend the night between flights.

The flush mechanism on the room's toilet kept breaking - it was an easy fix (just a spring getting out of place) so we were able to fix it ourselves every time. I'm sure they would have swapped our room if we had mentioned it, but we were there for only one night and exhausted and could not be bothered to repack everything to do this. I just mention it because for such a fancy place, it feels like this should not even have been an issue in the first place. Would have rated it 10/10 otherwise.

Super clean hotel, comfortable bed, good wifi and breakfast. Good option for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Pickup from the hotel took time - we waited 30 minutes for other arrivals. Very inviting pool, spa and hot tub area... Will bring my costume next time!

At checkin I was asked the usual room deposit (500000 rupiah) but it was actually taken from my credit card and 48 hrs later I have not yet received a refund. Other Indonesian hotels keep the credit card details but do not cash in unless there is damage etc. I am now waiting for a reply but I am confident there is an explanation as the hotel has been previously quick to reply to any enquiries.

Amazing hotel which was perfectly located just outside the airport for our connecting flight the next day. Very spaceous, very nice gym/spa/pool which can be used for free. The restaurant was amazing, lot’s of options with very nice staff. Very helpfull that there was a shuttle service from/back to the airport.

Lights in the room were quite dark. Pretty romantic at first, but not very helpfull when brushing your teeth. Also, big group-booking of local people decided to use the hallway late at night as their meet-up/chatting point. Not very helpfull when trying to sleep.

À lot of facilities for airport hotel.

I have been accused by the hotel management of breaking a plastic tissue holder and was charged for it 20usd although it was already broken when I arrived! They called me back from the taxi when leaving to the airport and I explained that it was already broken when I arrived. They simply did not believe me and charged it any way from my credit card!!! After numerous telephones and emails explaining the story over and over again they paid me back. This was very disrespectful and I felt it as a real disgrace that they didn’t believe me.

Definitely is the best hotel near the airport with a lots of facilities. swimming pool and spa are one of them. I stayed for 2 nights still was not enough to explore the complex. The location of the hotel which is far away from the main road is a plus, so quite and peaceful.the breakfast which included was also fantastic. Looking forward to the next holiday.

I had an issue with the toilet cistern which wasn't working properly the night before check out but it didn't take long, a technician came and fixed it. Well done

The complimentary pickup and drop off service was excellent, breakfast was good and varied, the restaurant was surprisingly good, the pool facilities were just right and all the staff were happy and helpful

One combined menu in the restaurant would be better as the 2 menus included there had very similar options and was a little confusing. At check in you are asked to pay only a refundable IDR 500,000 deposit equivalent to +/- $35. Then every time you buy a meal, a massage or a beer the staff ask for payment as deposit is spent !! This becomes very irritating if you have put your wallet in the safe and results in a time wasting discussion with the staff which then leads to then you calling for the manager. This is easily resolvable.
