Staff was very kind, friendly and always available. This is a hidden gem in Ubud, in the green jungle. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff prepared a welcome message for us. we had the floating breakfast in the pool which was amazing.

Our trip was in February and it was quite humid. The AC was really good and it has a Wet option which eliminates water from the air. Room cleaning can be improved: there was some wood ash under the bed; some dead insects on the top of the bed’s baldachin. This is a small detail and we are really picky with cleaning. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and could use some silicone.

Beautiful tranquil location outside the madness of Ubud centre. Calm and relaxing pool area. Wonderful staff and good breakfast.

One day breakfast took 2 hours to arrive (best to preorder night before to avoid any delays) The free shuttle into town is a great and appreciated addition but only runs 10, 2pm and 7pm and only goes if requested.

Our village was gorgeous! This place is so calm and peaceful, a little piece of heaven. The food is also amazing and every single one of the staff we met was genuinely lovely. On 2 days we would miss our breakfast for going on day trips outside Ubud and they have organized a breakfast box with fruits and pastries for us (the croissant is to die for!). Important to mention: we had cocktails (with ice, which was recommended to avoid all over Bali) they not only were delicious but also we had no food intoxication signs whatsoever. SAFE HEAVEN! 😍 Great location:5min by car from city centre (between 3 and 5aud using Grab) and yet far enough from busy areas. Will definitely come back on my next time in Ubud!

It's a beautiful hotel, with gorgeous architecture and lush green gardens. It's located next to a small jungle and a rise field. Great experience watching all the nature whoie eating at the restaurant ( huge jackfruit trees are growing right in front of it). Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. There is also an option to have the breakfast served at the room. Rooms are big ( I stayed in deluxed double and then extended my stay for 2 nights and moved to a suite). Last but certainly not least, the staff was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly, from before I arrived, answering all my questions promptly, right till the end. The message therapists have also been great, with hands made out of gold! Really helpful at relieving my pains. Overall, had a great time here and would recommend!

Some of the facilities in the bathroom ( shower, water tab) need some renovation. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. You feel at home immediately. Wifi stable and proper.

View a bit blocked by all trees so not very "open" but very nice surrounding, quiet and "in the middle of nature". So good. Pool sunshine in the morning but not really in the afternoon unfortunately. Showers are designed in a way that water is spilling all over the bathroom so not very comfortable, but it is not a bit issue. Would have loved to have a bit more options for the breakfast.

The property is full of character as the photographs suggest. The rooms are spacious and well appointed for the price. The pool area resembles a garden also with lots of local character. There is a choice of breakfast, with local and western options. The restaurant served a range of meals from midday until late evening, also a variety of local and international food and all good value for money. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The property is on a busy road so not great for local walking. However there was a shuttle available to take guests the short trip into Ubud three times a day.

This place is paradise! Our family (husband and teenage son) have stayed twice and each time the staff and property have been exceptional. Every detail from the reception, staff, daily breakfast, spa treatments, beautiful infinity pool, tranquil ambiance, and jungle views makes this place a MUST! Breakfast was brought to our balcony every morning. We were able to sip our Balinese coffee watching the sunrise over the jungle. We enjoyed the spa treatments each evening after a long day of tourist activities, which are easily booked through the hotel. If you're looking for a perfect place to getaway in the heart of Ubud, this is the place for you!!

Ketut's Place is exactly what you need if you want to experience the true spirit of Bali. The most impressive thing about Ketut's Place is the architecture and design of the villas. There are so many decorative elements! We discovered a new one each day. We also loved the outside space, the view in the morning is breathtaking. You get the feeling that you are in the middle of the jungle while being very close to the city. The food was delicious, I personally recommend the breakfast option with pineapple pancakes 🤩🤩 you can choose to have the breakfast served in your room or on your balcony. We chose the balcony, it was intimate and pleasant. Last but not least, everyone working there is AMAZING. Ketut's Place has the kindest, most welcoming staff I've ever met. They were always ready to help us, always smiling and genuinely happy to have us there!

We liked everything! If we were to choose something that could be improved, that would be the toilet systems. You cannot use toilet paper, which for us was a bit weird and unpleasant l.

Everything! Stayed in a beautiful Indonesian styled villa with a view to the jungle. A very peaceful, private, and comfortable stay. The staff are very kind, friendly and always helpful. This is a perfect place for relaxing and it's a couple of minutes walk from some really good restaurants (Ely's Kitchen, Lumbung, Muse, etc.). There's a spa which was a very nice experience having a good massage and enjoying beautiful sounds of nature. The center of Ubud is a few minutes by bike or a car(hotel provides free shuttle), and about a 20-minute walk.

Ketuts Place Villas are set in the most magnificent location with views over the jungle and it has a beautiful pool. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. Due to the road slip, taxis weren't able to pick us up or drop us all the way home, but it was only about 400 metres to walk so it was OK, and Ketut's organised motor bikes to take us into town.

The rooms and the linen could be a little cleaner. It's probably a little far out of town although we walked it pretty much every day.
