My experience at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. My room was both spacious and impeccably clean, reflecting meticulous housekeeping standards. The food at the hotel's restaurant was truly fantastic; I'd venture to say it ranks among the best in Indonesia. The staff's professionalism was unparalleled, and they were constantly helpful and attentive. If you're in search of a seamless, all-encompassing stay, this is your place. It's conveniently located close to the city, but it's also far enough away to provide a tranquil retreat. Overall our experience was good. The facility rooms were a little more dated than what it shows in the pics. The staff is welcoming. There was also a bit more noise from near by rooms.

While the place has nice decor and very nice gardens and a unique swimming pool, it felt like it’s still lacking a bit of personality. While breakfast was decent, it did not draw us to have additional meals there. I would recommend introducing some evening live music and additional development of the night scene as other near by places do. Lastly, it’s advertise as as a resort and spa, there is no spa on premises.

The hotel is brand new where they opened recently in January 2023. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and always ready for help. They are always there if you need anything and can reach them by going to the loby, calling them from your room, or even chatting with them online on Whatsapp. They also have a shuttle to and from Ubud central parking near the royal palace of ubud royal family on 3:00 pm, 7:00 and 9:00. They also have some interesting classes running at your request in the hotel like wood and soft rock carving. Also, the TV is connected to fast internet and you can enjoy YouTube, Netflix, or just TV.

Felt safe, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious with a great balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and massive - great if you need a little extra space between your partner. The pool was serene. Location is near the centre of town, so you can easily call a taxi/bike.

The toiletries could be of better quality. The bath smelled slightly of chlorine, so it wasn’t super relaxing when taking a bath. The walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbour is setting a loud alarm at 4am and you’re a light sleeper, it’ll wake you up.

The hotel has an old-world charm about it, and is just outside of the main chaos of Ubud. There is a shuttle that will ferry you back and forth to the centre of town, which is handy. The rooms are huge and the bed was super comfortable. We travelled around Indonesia for three months and it was the nicest hotel we'd stayed in. The breakfast was exceptional and had a good range for kids also. The in-house menu was some of the best local Balinese food I've had! It was cool and quiet, even though it was booked out, and eating by the pool with the swim-up bar was a treat.

This is a 12 out of 10 star place. An oasis in the jungle. I loved everything. Not even mosquitos.

Location was a little far out from the main town, but for me that wasn't a problem. They offer a shuttle service several times a day but it's also just a 15-20 min walk. It was nice to have the quiet surroundings away from the main tourist area. I found the grounds to be really pleasant and the staff were always very friendly. Breakfast offered plenty of options and the food in the restaurant at other times was good, though certainly more expensive than some of the more local options nearby.

I don't have much negative to say. At times the daily cleaning of the rooms was a little inconsistent, once or twice my used coffee cup wasn't replaced with a clean one and the evening turn down service happened some days and not on other days. Nothing that would stop me from going back again though. One point to note is that there is no spa here, the name of the resort is a little misleading. I believe they have a plan to open a spa some time in 2024 but right now there's nothing.

Our stay at Sakti Garden was truly exceptional! The hotel resembles a charming jungle village with a sense of luxury in every corner. Wandering through the lush garden pathways that connect the rooms and the main lounge/restaurant felt like strolling through a miniature jungle. The expansive pool, complete with impeccable service and a swim-in cocktail bar, provided the perfect spot to unwind. The staff at Sakti Garden were consistently warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. Our highlight was participating in the hotel's cooking class, which not only allowed us to connect with the staff but also gave us the delightful opportunity to prepare our own Balinese meal. It was a beautiful and memorable experience, one that I wholeheartedly recommend. My admiration for the staff only grew after the class. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of attending a captivating Balinese dance performance accompanied by a buffet dinner, adding another unforgettable memory to our trip. Sakti Garden exceeded our expectations in every way. While the food was fantastic for me, I must mention that it tends to be quite spicy, which I enjoyed but my wife found a bit challenging. However, even when we faced a minor medical emergency, the hotel staff handled the situation swiftly and with the utmost care. We are immensely grateful for their quick response. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Sakti Garden for providing us with such a beautiful stay and an unforgettable honeymoon experience. 😊
