Fantastic location, close to everything you need. The cafe next door is amazing and became a daily visit. The pool is perfect, it’s relatively quiet. Super clean and lovely rooms. High value for money and perfect if you want somewhere nice to stay and rest while also out exploring Ubud. The staff are friendly and accomodating. I would recommend skipping the breakfast options and discovering all the wonder restaurants and food options in Ubud but that’s a personal preference. The room has a comfy bed, pillows, fan and air con and huge shower/bathroom. There are plenty of spa treatments, food, atm, shops close by. The rice field walks are approx 15 mins walk away, the temple and palace approx 10mins max.

It's is a small very friendly hotel with amazing staff: Dwi, Jaka, Agus, Jus and Ayu. They were always there to help and accommodate our needs, especially finding local transportation for us from the hotel to various places. The location is excellent, close to everything that you might want to see in Ubud and also in a quiet location. Immediately next door there is a great well known vegan restaurant (Usada).

Nothing detracted from our enjoyment.

I stayed here for a week. Good sized/modern room, very comfortable bed and pillows plus the room was spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with excellent shower pressure and there was always hot water. The room was cleaned daily. They do not offer breakfast but there is kettle with coffee/tea provided. Lovely pool and within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and yoga studios. The staff were really lovely and happy to help with anything. The one day I could not find a scooter taxi to a yoga studio that was a bit out of the way so they offered me a lift for free! Bit confused about the previous reviews complaining about roosters - well this is Bali and its full of them but to be honest I did not hear a single one during my stay here.

Excellent location, great building with lovely pool and outlook from the top deck. Big bathroom. Bright rooms. Staff are very friendly. Nice verandah.

Little details. A few more electrical outlets. Fixing a door that doesn’t close properly. Cleaning windows and having shutters that easily open. Changing the sheets more often and ensuring they’re clean to begin with. Cleaning the tiled floors and removing scuff marks. General maintenance befitting a hotel that costs more than the average homestay. Having a fridge in the room.

Is our second stay so we knew what we were getting the rooms are good the ensuite is big shower good. The location is very handy to walk to shops and cafes etc so found excellent. Is only a small complex but that is what we liked.

Most things were great except the TV simply doesn't work had same problem last time so why bother having was hit and miss with this with my other friends who stayed. Wifi is good though. But if you enjoy your TV could be an issue.

The breakfast was awful. I tried quite a few different things. It was always cold or stale. I would encourage management to review the breakfasts served. If they were improved, it would have improved my experience considerably. Also, the windows to the bathrooms have no curtains or blinds. It is not common of course, but a very tall person could easily see in to them. We used pillows to cover the gaps. That ideally should be fixed with a simple curtain.

everything about the property is fantastic. although central, is very peaceful. the air conditioning is great. the room is super clean and staff offer to clean every day. each day the staff ask what you would like for breakfast the following morning and what time you would like it set outside your room. the television has a smart device connected for Netflix etc. the pool is also lovely. perfect place and if I’m ever back in Ubud, best believe I’m here

Lovely place. The pool and rooms are clean, good air-conditioning and a very comfy bed. Bathroom was very clean, spacious and odour free! Great helpful staff available pretty much 24 hours who couldn't do enough for us! All were friendly and a great help. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. The location is ideal, positioned a minute walk away from a main street in Ubud, so you have all the advantages and none of the noise. A lot of nice restaurants and warungs near by as well as a somewhere to get your laundry done on the same road. The Palace, Monkey forest and many temples are all in walking distance (10-20 mins). There's a small seating area and table outside each room and are provided with beach towels and umbrellas (if you need them). We loved it so much we extended our stay twice!

Wonderful location and super helpful staff. It was relatively quiet although it's in the middle of Ubud. I loved the pool. There are chairs right outside the room so you can enjoy the nice weather and view. Breakfast delivered to your room.

Sheets and towels. They were clean but stained, old, and had musty/damp smell.

a peaceful oasis for rest in between adventures… I stayed for one month to relax and walk to yoga barn… the rooms are lovely and comfy and I really enjoyed languid mornings and calming balmy nights. Compliments to the wonderful and attentive staff and lovely breakfast! I’m a long time regular visitor in Bali and I really enjoyed my stay here the most and look forward to my next stay! Highly recommend :)
