Location is perfect. Just in the heart of Ubud, many restaurants around. Very nice staff, they smile and help all the time! We had an issue with rats in the kitchen so management upgraded our room. Thank you Evitel!

The only one thing. In the evening and night time there are many rats in the restaurant :( I saw with my eyes how they running on the tables, plates, spoons, etc. The guys said this is happening because there is rice field close by.Definitely they need to fix the issue with rats. Since I saw it I never went to the breakfast again…very sad

The hotel is very spacious with modern decor. On the rooftop there is a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the rice fields. Each room has a balcony and 2 chairs and a little table. The only thing I missed in their rooms was closet space. Wifi very reliable and very fast The hotel is situated in a great location , around the corner are the monkey forest and the Yoga barn. Many shops , bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff treated me like a princess. Because I am gluten intolerant they prepared a special breakfast for me with a fruit platter, grilled vegetables and gluten free bread . The reception goes out of their way to make you comfortable , all of them are so welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping always ready with extra towels or to clean your room in the afternoon ! Special thanks to Prima who organised a ride to Amed with a private car. Also special thanks to Ari and to Rudi and to the chef. Had really wonderful stay and time and am very grateful to the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

The hotel can be noisy

The location is just perfect. Rooms are spacious. The bathrooms were clean. The pool was nice to have. The area is perfect for chilling out in the evening. No compromise on amenities. Staff Behaviour is really commendable. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. Buffet breakfast had many options. Overall our stay was good. Definitely recommended.

As per their norms, it was not allowed to hang clothes from the balcony. But the room did not have any space to hang wet clothes. They should provide at least a small hanging stand to dry wet clothes.

The Evitel is in a great location. The rooms were basic but very clean, and the ac worked great. There was lots of hot water, and the staff went out of their way to help you. I would definitely stay here again

The breakfast buffet was good, but they could change the selection once or twice a week. The restaurant only served sandwiches after breakfast. It would have been nice to have dinner in the hotel the night of the rainstorm.

- DO NOT BOOK A BOAT TRANSFER THROUGH THE HOTEL. We asked the workers at reception to recommend and organise a transfer to Gili T for us, they didn’t tell us the name of the company or anything about the journey upon booking. Upon looking up the reviews of the company upon arriving at the port, they were consistently 1 star ratings. Our experience with the company (Manta Express) was awful from start to finish - I don’t know why the hotel booked us with them.

this hotel was fabulous! amazing location closeby to lots of nice places to walk and lovely restaurants and shops (try the pizza place opposite its fantastic), the hotel staff were lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived. there are various water dispensers around the hotel you can fill up your bottles for free. when we arrived our room didn’t have a mini fridge even though in the facilities it said it would. we had some food that needed refrigerating so we called reception and within 5 minutes they brought us a fridge - amazing service! room was lovely and super clean and a balcony to dry clothes and sit outside. plenty of space to hang clothes and store your belongings and the shower was really hot and powerful. they cleaned our room everyday with fresh towels etc :) the pool here really is amazing ! on the rooftop with a stunning sunset view and view of rice fields. it really was beautiful and they allowed us to eat our own food up there too which we ordered on grab - not many other hotels have let us do this so that was really nice. they give you pool towels as well.

the only small bad thing I can say about this property is I ordered Mac and cheese from the restaurant and it was not good. my partner ordered chicken noodles and chicken wings though which was really nice and tasty so maybe I just chose a bad meal. but it was really stodgy and quite tasteless to be honest. didn’t taint our stay everything else was absolutely perfect.

Great location for Yoga Barn and lots of choices of restaurants. Lovely scenery towards monkey forest. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Pool and bar was relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet at night.

Between two main roads, can hear lots of traffic from the pool. Breakfast could be more varied each day.
