The villa is very cozy and quiet, tucked inside an Ubud village and very accessible to Ubud town. The rooms were huge, has a private pool and comes with a kitchenette for the 2 rooms villa we booked.

You can’t walk out to the town area, need either a scooter or a car to get there faster than walking

The Villa was absolutely stunning. Looked exactly like the pictures, if not better! The Villa is about 10 minutes from the heart of Ubud, which we loved. So quiet and peaceful.

- It was a little challenging communicating with staff. Google translate was a big help. - Getting back and forth from the heart of Ubud isn’t as easy, however we found it worth it for the beautiful villa we were staying in.

Greenery and plants.

Place is full of insects. Some towels were dirty and you only get bath towels, no hand towels or face towels. Breakfast is rice with slices of cucumber, tomato and one lettuce leaf. To get there you need to go down and up the hill, most taxi drivers refuse to go so you gotta walk, which wasn’t a problem for me but might be for other people. Quite expensive for this standard.

The villa design was nice. Staff were helpful where they could be.

Breakfast was included but it was a set menu for every day. Lots of mosquito's, and no mosquito repellent was given or in use in the villa. Woke up to insect droppings on our bed every day, so we only used one of the rooms in our villa. Staff cleaned when told about the issues, but we had them multiple times a day. Towels provided weren't clean and had stains on them. The refrigerator door didn't close properly, and was unusable. Shower and bathroom area wasn't cleaned, and had a smell to it that stayed slightly even with the exhaust on all the time.

There is nothing good with this property except the staff (even they put intern staff). The staff still categorize nice since they are realize there is so many lack things with their hotel.

I didn’t like all things related with this property : 1. Road Access The road sooooo small only motorcycle, avanza type car, innova type car that can access if you come with the Hi-Ace or other mini bus then forget it you can’t get enter with those kind of vehicle. 2. Kitchen Tools All the kitchen tools cannot be use excepted plate and spoon. If you see their pan it was horrible we can’t use anymore since the coating of pan already messed. This is not good for health of course. 3. Bathroom Bathroom size is big but I don’t care with the size of bathroom if the towel sooooo dirtyyyy. I don’t know what’s wrong with their quality checking after their do the laundry. The white towel already become almost brown towel 😭😭😭 4. Bedroom The cover of bedroom and blanket so dirty as well, again I don’t know how they do the laundry and way of their checking before they apply it into bedroom. Number of their bed cover (bed sheet) also limited. Means they don’t have enough bed cover. 5. The most horrable things ever is every 10-20 minutes you will get the feses of lizard (Gecko) or TOKEK (in indonesia language) that will fall down to your bed cover. When I saw it Oh my God there is GECKO (TOKEK) at the ceiling of the bedroom that exactly above of bed. The lizard house (Cicak) I am still can bear but NOT with TOKEK (GECKO). So I could not sleep at all and at 5 AM in the morning me and my husband decided to check out earlier than our check out schedule (we should stay 2 night but we only stay 1 night) To the property owners and management please to giving big effort to improve all the lackness OR there is no one guest that will be stay at your properties anymore. Seriously, we as a guess do not need too many ornament things in the property as long as the property is CLEAN, all amenities clean and able to use properly, and get the best services from the properties. Making your bedroom ceiling high with the wood I don’t think so is good idea if you cannot maintaince.

NO RESTAURANT OR ROOM SERVICE AS ADVERTISED PAID FOR 7 NIGHTS LEFT AFTER 3 WITH NO REFUND OWNERS / HIGHER MANAGEMENT HAVE ZERO CARE FACTOR Location long way from shops or restaurants ,furniture dirty and smells , outdoor seating is mouldy fridge does not work No microwave, toaster or frypans , towels are old and stained with holes , 1 still had previous guest make up on it No pool towels but pool is freezing and dirty anyways Shower drain is blocked Breakfast is cold and bed sheets barely cover the mattress Staff are lovely but very young and don't speak English, many are on work experience and not getting paid so blame cannot lie with them It's a shame as rooms and bathrooms are huge but being non refundable, here or not owner still getting paid Don't stay here but if you do bring your own insect spray as not provided Made booking based on excellent reviews through booking.com trip advisor has now issued a warning that reviews under investigation as left by those associated with villa complex Definitely not a 4 star accommodation Upper management have no care for guests or there staff Had booked 2 bedroom villa but only enough cutlery and plates for 2 people Please click on review to see attached photos
