We stayed in the lovely Pippin room, was extremely clean and comfortable and warm as we arrived when the weather was awful over the Coronation weekend. Very stylish room with lovely furnishings. The shower was very warm and powerful with the added bonus of bathrobes to use. Breakfast in the morning was vast with options of continental or a cooked breakfast. Very nice location to explore Suffolk from, with Bury St Edmunds not far away. Next door to the property within a 5 minute walk was the lovely Manger pub which we went to both nights we stayed to have dinner, lovely food and great hosts very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at Church Farm and will definitely return in the future. The owners are very welcoming and have a lovely home. Thank you 😊

The accommodation was amazing, with little touches, such as your own coffee machine, real milk and hot chocolate available! The breakfast was exceptional, with seasonal fruit picked fresh that morning from the farm, even made their own orange juice. The Traditional English Breakfast was one of the best we have eaten.

There was nothing not to like about this property. It was an absolute fantastic find and we will definitely be staying again.

Very comfortable stay at Church Farm. Stayed in a converted barn to the rear of the Farm house, which has been excellently converted. Good size bedroom with large comfy bed, modern decor throughout and a huge en-suite with walk in shower. Pub within walking distance couple of 100 yards down the road for an evening meal - and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Farm does front a busy road so there is some background traffic noise.

The most beautiful B&B, the room was spacious and clean with a beautiful en-suite with walk in shower. Bed was lovely and big and comfortable too. Lovely finishing touches of fresh brownies in the room on welcome. Location was good for us, postcode originally took us to the wrong place but was only a minute away. Plenty of room for parking right outside our room. Was quiet, and breakfast had a great choice and food was delicious with fruit juices made by family. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

Later for breakfast would of been the only thing - most people love to get up and get out but we had a child free weekend for a wedding and not setting an alarm to miss breakfast would of been lovely. But cant complain food was delicious.

Location is perfect just a few miles outside of Bury. Beautiful setting, superb attention to detail on every level. Functional, comfortable interiors, beautiful design & a fab shower with gorgeous toiletries. Nice extra touches such as the welcome brownie & beautiful tea & coffee products in the room. Stunning breakfasts!

Everything was perfect. This is the best B&B I have stayed in - without a doubt! Ruth and Paul were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were wonderful, the location quiet and rural despite close to a busy road. There were many thoughtful touches and the room was magnificent. What more can I say?

We came from Paris to suffolk for a wedding. we really loved staying at Church Farm, the place was perfect, lovely bed, so clean and quiet. Ruth was extremely accommodating with our checking time and cooked us a wonderful breakfast with lovely local products. I would definitely recommended it and come back if in the area.

Ideal location for visiting Bury St Edmunds or as we did Lavenham. The location was idyllic - a traditional fruit farm with a lot of local history, family owned and managed - the grounds have phenomenal wild life - hares and deer and many varied birds. the breakfast was excellent with much local produce - Ruth and Paul have an absolutely lovely B & B. Highly recommended.

Very busy main road at the entrance to the farm - take your time to exit onto the road.

Excellent breakfast choice. Lovely fresh fruit from the farm. Very warm welcome. the only suggestion - the roadside sign was a little difficult to spot for the car driver - fortunately I did not have anyone close behind me so I could go really slowly to spot it. It would have been almost impossible in the dark.

Overall really happy with our stay! We were welcomed by amazing home made brownies when we got to the room and got stuck into them right away. The room was very clean and all at a great standard. The breakfast was fantastic! Our host was very friendly and chatty and we would happily return.
