Firstly, the convenience of renting a motorcycle directly from the hotel and having it delivered right to my doorstep was a game-changer. It made exploring the surrounding areas incredibly easy and gave me the freedom to venture out at my own pace. The hotel's location, right next to Monkey Forest, was a major highlight. I could see monkeys from various parts of the hotel, which was such a delightful surprise. I even overheard my neighbors about monkeys tried stealing their belongings!! Everything about the hotel was outstanding, making it a standout experience during my time in Ubud. Additionally, I must mention the unique and captivating design of the semi-open-air bathrooms. They provided a remarkable sense of connection with nature and added an extra touch of comfort and relaxation. Overall, I was truly impressed with this hotel. It provided comfortable accommodations and left a lasting impression with its standout features like the monkeys and the semi-open-air bathrooms. Very comfortable stay, private, specious, with our own pool, just great! The bathroom was so beautiful, Also close to walk to all places we were interested in. The staff are great and helpful. The location is quiet. We loved it! On top, when my partner had his birthday, they decorated the bed with flowers, which was a great touch :-)

The pillows had a damp smell, so I think they needed to be replaced. That’s really the main thing I would change. Also the deco of the bedroom itself is not quite as the photos. All fabrics are grey with no art on the walls. Usually in Bali it’s more colourful. But it wasn’t a problem.

First of all the staff are SO friendly, and welcoming which is really nice. The room was beautiful especially the bathroom it was themed like outdoors but has cover and privacy which is really nice. Room has everything you need including mini fridge, kettle and tea/coffee and water. They helped us do laundry and was really good price and good service. Pool was really clean always which is nice. The location is perfect it is walking distance to everything. The staff can help you with anything you need.

Amazing villa. We were in Rama with a private pool and it was worth it. Beds are so comfy. great Aircon. Outside bathroom with waterfall shower was bliss. Tea/coffee in the room and kettle. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. The staff were so friendly and helpful, got us a scooter and driver. Yes there are monkeys everywhere on the walk to town but just don't have any plastic bottles/bags on you/within sight. On way home in the dark there aren't any as they go to sleep, so actually felt safer at night. Overall a great stay and very impressed!

Could do with a safe but the wardrobe has a lock on it.

This was such a convenient location to Ubud Center. The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful. The bedroom was very spacious and we all slept comfortably. Really appreciated that the rooms had AC in them. The “outdoor” shower area was lovely and refreshing. While the food offerings are limited they are very delicious and we did eat a few meals on site although you have plenty restaurants walking distance from the property.

One thing to note is that there is no real hand soap - a tiny tube of hand wash that is not so easy to use so you might need to use the body wash with squeeze function at the sink or do what we did and just buy a cake of soap. Also there is no safe and if you want to hang up clothes there isn’t a hanger but there is plenty room in the cupboard.

The staff were super friendly and they clean the room and gave us bottle of water every day. The area was quiet and the pool amazing. The room were very comfortable and has everything we need. The location was great because we had several restaurants and coffee shops around.

Is very close to monkey forest and to go to the center of Ubud you have to cross a road next to the forest.

Family travelling with a 3 and 6 year old: the property is absolutely stunning. we loved how the outdoors was incorporated into the villa. we loved how we had monkeys running across our roof in the morning and evening. the people who work at the Villa are so friendly and helped us to organise our activities and travel. the grounds and villas are very well cared for!

the hot water system is very small so when we bathed we would turn off the water while washing etc to minimise the use of water usage.

We had a very nice stay in Umaya Ubud Villa ! Room was better than we expected, the pool was a nice extra for the evenings, staff was very friendly and helpful and villa is well located in Ubud, 5-10 min walk to main streets. I would go back to this villa without hesitation !
