Everything , the location in Ubud is amazing near the monkey forest. We had to cross the monkey forest to go in center town . Only 10 min walking. So we did not visit the monkey forest lolol. The facility and the confort of the family room is amazing.

the swimming pool is ok ... But their should clear all surfacing floating ants every morning in order for people to enjoy it more. It wasn't that dirty but I was a bit reluctant to go inside because of floating fly wasps ...etc. It takes only 30 minutes to clean . then do it every morning.

Beautiful family room, and 3 great pools to swim in. The buffet breakfast has a big variety to choose from. The staff, we lovely and very helpful. We purchased some fruit and asked if they could cut it up for us during breakfast, and then had some the next day delivered to the room. The staff behind the desk were very helpful with tours we had booked, and called the venues to follow up on drivers, and arrange a taxi for us. Nothing was too much for anyone.

The room didn't have a table or anywhere to eat when room service was delivered, so we had to eat on the bed.

Staffs were wonderful, our rooms were cleaned. Tasty breakfast. The beds were very soft, perfect for my pregnant heavy bump.

We are a family of four (two children aged 2 and 4) and had a lovely time at the Ubud Wana Resort. The main pool is perfect for kids having the shallow section! many games were played here. Breakfast was great - lots of choices and lovely staff. The welcome tea was so refreshing on arrival and location of the property was on a quieter steer with great local warungs and eateries within walking distance which was great with the prams.

the set up of the family suite could have benefitted from having a larger table . there was no where to eat or sit with the kids to do drawing etc .

It was just outside a very busy ubud centre, so was calm after a busy ubud. The staff were all friendly, the way the rooms are arranged around separate pools makes it feel quiet and personal.breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice and tasty Staff really helpful and friendly, and the daily shuttle into ubud centre when you want to be lazy was great but was only in reality a 15 minute walk.

Nothing loved it all

Very clean facilities; excellent location; quiet village; plenty of restaurants and eating places nearby; lots of choice for massage and beauty treatment. Loved the village feel. Heaps of taxis. Take cash as no machine in village for taxis. Ubud Yoga Centre a short walk with amazing food.

Monkeys on road and occasionally at the resort. Stray dogs and cats on road. Too many motor scooters. Restaurant at resort was average. Had to ask for coffee and tea supplies in room.

This is the 2nd time my family stayed here and experienced both accommodation- the rooms at the resort and the family villas. All rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. ALL staff were exceptionally friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to meet our needs. We liked the private pool and also 3 large pools to choose from to swim in. the breakfasts were fantastic and catered to guests individual needs.

We liked everything about the properties.

Villa was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family with kids. Although it is short walk from the main resort, staff come within minutes to pick you up on the buggy.

Initially being separated from the main building, but the staff are so great picking you up, this really isn't an issue at all.

Staff were very very courteous and helpful 3 pools Buffet Breakfast had egg counter, bread & pastries, juices, coffee & tea, fruits, cereals, local dishes x 5. Repetitive, but taste was good. Landscaping was very good. Rooms were cleaned daily. Close to monkey forest and 20m walk to Ubud Palace. Pleasant stay for 7 days

Resort lacked a lift, but staff were helpful to bring up and down luggage.

Beautiful family room- 2 rooms - one was huge with king size bed and lots of space. Area was amazing if you want a little "zen" compared to the hustle bustle of city centre. 5 min walk to the monkey forest. Staff was hospitable. Some renovations taking place but wasn't noisy. Area has great little cafes and bistros. If you want an enjoyable guiet time in Ubud, this is the place. I could get wifi on my android at all but iPhone seemed to work.
