I was being harassed by some taxi driver during the drive and didnt feel comfortable with him giving me a ride that would take 2 hours to another location outside Ubud so I went to this resort which I had booking in the next 2 days, not on that day and the owner happened to be at the reception so I told them that I didnt feel safe and wanted to pretend to check in so that taxi driver would leave me alone and they took me in like I’m their family and understand my situation and stay with me till the driver really gone. I asked them if I could rent a motorbike somewhere and they lent their own for me with a very cheap price! I took the motorbike to somewhere outside Ubud and it got some problem with the starter in the middle of nowhere road so I messaged them and they replied right away and planned to come all the way to my current location which was like 2 hours from theirs to help me but I figured out so they didnt have to come. Few days later I checked in, the room and resort location were perfect! (The room was a bit dark but okay). They took some time to help me figure out the transportation to my next destination, which had very few info on the internet but they helped me all the way till send me off at the right bus stop. I couldnt be more grateful for their help and warm welcome like family. The receptionist and owners can speak English well too.

The resort is amazing. Swimming pool is good, it's clean and well maintained, good bath tub , hot water 24*7 , breakfast is ok. They provide all basic amenities like kettle, fridge, toiletries, hair dryer, mosquito net (never used though) also got some converter from them. The size of the bed is super huge 😀even though being surrounded by feilds , there are no mosquitoes. It's close to monkey forest , you do get to see the monkeys near ur hotel but they don't create any ruckus. Location wise it's not that at the centre but you get gojek cars easily. They also provide drinking water 5 lt bottle and next refil for 15,000idr. Breakfast you have two options either continental or Indonesian with nasi goreng. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, polite, friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with swans made from towels and flowers on the bed, and welcome drink Beautiful view from the room. Big private terrace. Great pool. Quite location. Great and quick communication with the hotel The hotel offers massages, cooking classes and scooter rental for very good prices. Simple but nice breakfast. Mosquito nets. Bath in the room. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, hairdryer - all in the room. Separate towels provided for the pool area.

A little bit of luxury- good vfm! Large bedroom and veranda. A bath the size of a small country- bliss! Nothing too much trouble Arranged a driver/guide for me-I wasn’t too well and they really took care of me. Great location but tucked into a quiet spot so restful. Great laundry service and plenty to do nearby- definitely staying again- it was a delight!

The only thing I could fault was breakfast- young inexperienced staff who didn’t seem to get my request so all a bit of a muddle but a minor point in an otherwise outstanding stay. They did offer to change my breakfast but I had to leave and couldn’t wait.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff with prompt service via the WhatsApp line. Clean and well lit pool, wholesome breakfast that kept us full the entire morning, spacious room with good hot water and air conditioning - rice paddies on our door step was a bonus! hotel helped us arrange half day/full day tours.

not walking distance to ubud central - we took a 57k grab every time to go into the ubud central area. we also couldn’t find the back entrance to the monkey forest, but overall location is peaceful and has good restaurants and massage places along the road it’s situation on.

View from room overlooking rice fields is so beautiful and tranquil. Location in Yellow Coconut village is lovely and nice restaurants nearby. Pool, breakfast, staff all very good.

To get to Monkey Forest road and Ubud central you have to take a taxi (Rp100,000) as the pathway skirting the Monkey Forest is narrow, slippery in the rain and the motorbikes zoom along really fast making it quite scary, especially with kids! It would be nice if they did up the old restaurant area for outdoor seating - somewhere to read, play games etc when it’s raining.

I loved the location - it was so convenient, just across the street from the Monkey Forest, short walk to loads of restaurants and cafes, and many, many spas. The room was clean and large, with a balcony facing a small rice field, and the staff just lovely. It was excellent value for money, and sits along the same stretch as many higher-end properties. There was a full breakfast of main courses, fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee and tea.

The bathroom was a little old but not a deal breaker - it would be nice to have a shower head that hangs on the wall (again, not a deal breaker).

This stay exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I asked for a quiet room, and they upgraded me to the upper floors with a fantastic view without extra charge. The room was huge, the bed extremely comfortable with a bunch of extra pillows. It looked so beautiful and welcoming too. I love the water dispenser in the room (huge bonus!) and the free coffee and tea. The bathroom was beautiful overlooking the rice fields, and all the lights and fans were working (not always the case in Bali). The porch overlooked a pond with water flowers, frogs and a rice field behind it. Even though it is very close to everything, it is like a serene little peaceful slice of the "real Bali" right in the center of Ubud. I loved that it is right next to some great restaurants and lunch places. It's also right next to Monkey Forest. I even had a monkey trying to steal my fruit for breakfast! All in all: I wish I had a lot more time here and that I will be able to come back.

This hotel is really special. The location is perfect just walking distance from the busy streets of Ubud. It is located in a quiet area that still has some restaurants/bars around. Ubud main street is a 10 minute walk away going past the Monkey Forest. Don't make eye contact and keep a good hold of your shopping bags as these monkeys are confident! The breakfast was amazing every morning with a choice of more traditional Indonesian or western food with lots of fresh fruit and ceral. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool facilities are great and I did a couple of 9am yoga classes which had no more than 2 other participants meaning we got more attention from the instructor. For this there is an extra cost of 100,000IDP which is well worth it compared to the busier more expensive yoga classes in town. The room was lovely and very clean with a great warm shower and mosquito net around the bed. There are quite a lot of bugs around at night so make sure you have insect spray (not in the room, just outside it). There are three cats at the hotel which are friendly. Be careful at breakfast for monkeys - we had some toast and banana stolen but the staff were quick to shoo them away! We had a really special time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Nothing, the whole stay was great!

One of our favourite places we’ve stayed so far in Bali! Had everything you need in the room, wardrobe, fridge, desk, mirror, fly net. Although flies aren’t a problem in the area. Hosts are incredibly friendly it was my birthday whilst visiting, I arrived to a flower display and birthday cake which was incredibly thoughtful. They helped us hire a scooter. Breakfast was nice and cheap, very decent size portions. Bed was comfy and the pool area was nice, they also had three beautiful friendly cats.

The shower isn’t suitable for taller people had to crouch down to get fully under it.
