I spent little over a month (my entire stay in Ubud) in Garden View by Purely. First I booked 10 days and kept extending 2 more times. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire stay. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The daily room cleaning service was a great touch, with the cleaning staff ensuring that my space was not only spotless but also stocked with fresh towels and water every day. It's the small details like these that contributed to a consistently comfortable and enjoyable stay. Despite being right in the centre of all the action, there is no noise at all and my room was in a beautiful and peaceful garden. I was able to enjoy the convenience of being centrally located without sacrificing the tranquility needed for a good night's sleep. Excellent value for the affordable price!

The staff and the location. Manager Agung and his staff did their best to meet all the "demands" of our group - for which I am very grateful. (I am with the elderly including my family. (12 adults, 1 infant for 6 rooms). We even have take away breakfast because we need to leave at 4 am for our flight.

They need a thorough cleaning of the rooms. And we hope that when we request for a room downstairs because of the age of our guests, they should seriously take that into account. Offer different set of meals for breakfast please :)

A beautiful garden setting with a nice pool to relax by. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony area is also really nice. We slept really well and enjoyed chilling out here. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. They gave us a welcome drink on arrival and then some delicious freshly grown mangosteen later on. The service was great throughout and the room was kept very clean. The hotel is well located and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and within walking distance.

The bathrooms could be updated. The Balinese style door to the room is beautiful but the padlock used for locking it leaves a bit of a gap.

I can’t imagine better place to spend our time in Ubud than this. This place is without a doubt an absolute oasis of peace and relax. The hotel is situated right next to the monkey forest and it is very close from the Ubud center. Special thanks goes to Agung, Ferdi, Tude, Purnami, Dimas, Adi, Agus and Anjani that greeted us everyday with warm smiles and were willing to make sure that our stay is as best as possible. If we are ever back in Ubud, definitely coming back to this wonderful place!

It was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was stunning and well looked after with lounge chairs and clean towels. The garden was lush green and well kept. The rooms were also nice and the view from the balcony was just what you’d need on a holiday. A/C worked well and it was lovely to come there after a long day of exploring the area. The staff had a great attitude and always greeted us warmly and joked around with us.

its a lovely place w lush green garden and a small pool. Theres 2 types of accomodation, the local Balinese style dark wood etc and the modern Deluxe rooms, all with balcony and garden views. I stayed in both and theyre both nice; the traditional style rooms are a tad dark but overall very nice. The Deluxe rooms are light and airy, with great bathrooms. Beds are comfy! I extended w 2 nights, so 6 in total

only thing is the wifi is a little unstable, but thats only a concern because i work online, For most travellers it was sufficient.

An absolutely lovely place in the direct neighborhood of the monkey forest. On rainy days the monkeys even visited us looking for food, and they're very friendly and peaceful. We loved the copious breakfast with fresh frangipani on the tables, and the beautiful refreshing pool. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. We loved the geckos and the huge lizard visiting our balcony at night. All is peaceful and quiet, while the hotel itself is at an excellent location. Ubud center is 2 minutes away through the monkey forest with all the cute monkeys around. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Water pressure was very low, made it hard and lengthy to shower. On rainy days, we had to walk through some big puddles impossible to get around. The blanket and towels were clean although stained. Little inconveniences we could overlook.

The place has a super cute garden with a swimming pool and another one just for decoration. The atmosphere of the garden is truly wonderful! It was also super close to the monkey sanctuary and the main shopping street of Ubud yet the place itself was relaxing and quiet.

Furnitures and the room in general was old (like 1970’ old). But everything was working and they cleaned the room daily.

A lovely hotel, garden and pool that provided a real haven from the bustle of Ubud. Many good restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner and many grab divers nearby for taxi services. Good position for visiting the monkey forest. Lovely village atmosphere in immediate area of the hotel. We would definately go back to this hotel.

Bathroom was a little dated. Breakfast menu lacked choice and variety, although the food that was served was well cooked.

I have been staying here for three weeks as a solo traveler while I was visiting around the island. The area in my opinion is the best of Ubud, where I could easily walk to the busy streets, to any cafè for meals just next door, out for a stroll or even just get to the co-working place nearby. My room was lovely, cleaned every day, with a peaceful setup immerse in the garden (always had the cutest small frogs on my patio at night). The pool and the garden are very relaxing, and the staff makes you feel at home! I totally recommend this place if you want a more authentic setup rather than a fancy hotel.
