The staff were good. The room was lovely. There was a comfortable and relaxed environment. The Spa area was nice.

my shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom, also the bracket for the shower head came away from the wall. The lobby area and bar area was cold. several people were complaining. The breakfast could be improved, shortage of fruit each morning. There was a mistake on my bill and my colleagues bill. Both rooms charges extra in error. my room said i has charges when it has not. My colleague in the other room was accused of not paying for breakfast when we had both paid in advance???

Thanks for all your help, as the first room which you allocated wasn't suitable as it looked out over a rough roof and we felt is wasn't safe ref security and had no view at all, but we were so pleased that your staff gave us another room instantly, we were aware that you gave us this room as it was requested that we needed a quiet room, but we were more happy being at the front with at least some view. We feel that the staff did all they could to help us and we thank you for that :)

We can't really complain as the staff were always so helpful and friendly and did just as we asked, so thanks so much for welcoming us to your hotel as it was a stressful time for us, as we had to come over at short notice from the UK for our Nephews funeral who sadly passed away aged only 25 for the funeral in Letterkenny .

Breakfast was lovely but I thought it was in the price I paid but I had to pay extra for it. There was scrambled egg over floor. I pointed it out to one of the staff incase someone slid on it. Still was there when I left after breakfast. I know it’s a buffet setting but there should of been an adult supervising the young workers carrying out their duties. Someone who could supervise the cleanliness of the breakfast area.

One of the beds was very soft then the breakfast area cleanliness, took ages to check in. Wasn’t straight forward for staff. Had a bit of problem locating my room as it was labelled right

Reception staff welcoming and informative. Our room was very big, clean, comfortable and warm. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom clean, toiletries provided. There are shower and bath facilities. We did not have breakfast but ate a delicious meal in the bar. There is plenty parking space at the hotel, it is also short walk (15 minutes) from the main bus station. Hotel close to main street of Letterkenny again about 15/20 minute walk.

Nothing.

There for 4 nights. After first night asked to change rooms as mattress was very springy and no support. Meagan at the front desk was wonderful. Changed rooms without any hassle at all. All the staff we interacted with, without exception were very pleasant and courteous. They couldn't do enough for you. They embody the warm Irish hospitality. The dinner was delicious. Breakfast had a decent variety. It's an older hotel and starting to show it's age, that said, there's nothing lacking in the services provided. Didn't use the leisure centre but looked good. Great location just outside the city. I will certainly stay there again on my next trip to Donegal.

We arrived early and decided to dine in the lounge. Carvery was served very quickly and I must say the food was amazing. There was plenty of meat served with all the trimmings. We were informed when our room was ready ahead of time. The staff were all very pleasant and very helpful. The room was very clean great sized beds very comfortable. The leisure facilities were also great We both tried the sauna jacuzzi and pool all was so refreshing.

The young girl serving at breakfast went above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. All the staff were but she stood out.

I ate outside and this isn't something I didn't like it's just an observation. I think if you put those fake leaves and flowers along the railings it would take away the harshness of the carpark being just below.

The restaurant accommodated us with a late food booking, the portions were good and mixed variety on the menu. The room we received was a good size and the bed was comfortable and all the staff we meet were polite and helpful.

The only fault I would say is in the leisure facility, 1/2 the lockers didn't have keys and the changing area wasn't as clean as when I visited before. (Wet towels sitting and roll on the floor.)

The room facilities and food were great.

The staff serving the food are really poor. Extremely difficult to get their attention its like being a child in school with your hand up trying to get service. Then when you get service its almost like you bothered them. The attitude is terrible from multiple staff. Breakfast is the same. Compliments to the chefs.

Rooms were lovely, very spacious. Food was lovely too, no complaints. Spa was outstanding! The girl on the front desk with the long red hair was just lovely, so nice and polite and a total credit to your hotel, she could not do enough for us. Do not let her go!

The only downside was the double doors outside our room in the hall :( they were so noisy and woke us up a few times when people were coming and going.
