Lovely spacious room. Drinks in the bar are very good. Dinner at the Curry restaurant was amazing. Very friendly staff throughout. Great to have a curry restaurant double as coffee and cakes! Breakfast is very good for choice, great to have the choice of gluten free and lactose free alternatives.

We chose the hotel as close proximity to UHL where my wife had an early appointment so I was a little flustered in the morning and found it a little hard to locate some things like soft butter at breakfast. Staff are very keen to help however. Perhaps it was me or maybe things could be laid out a little better in the help yourself section of the breakfast room. Also we would book directly in future as paid more with booking.com

Staff accommodated out requests for extra towels, and was helpful with advice and directions.

Before we arrived we inquired regarding availability of laundry facilities and were told there was such adjacent to the hotel but that they did not provided laundry services themselves. On arrival we learned that all that was avaialable was an outdoor automatic laundry in the parking lot acrosss the street. After depositing money for a load of laundry, the machines malfunctioned and would not eject the water. It was overall a bad experience.

The room was super spectacular- bright and airy.

When I entered the bar for lunch, I was not affiliated with a function that was taking place. I ordered my lunch in accordance. I was reminded that there would be a delay in respect of the ongoing function which I did not mind waiting. As I was waiting for a period of time for lunch, I was hounded by five members of individual staff asking was I alright. It made me feel so uncomfortable with the lack of communications between them. I felt like cancelling the lunch and eating elsewhere externally.

Convenient to our needs.

No control over room temperature either too hot or cold. Breakfast served in bar with odours of alcohol from the night before. Would suggest re training for some of the staff (waiting staff) some of the young staffs attitude seemed as if they just didn't want to be there, and unfortunately this reflected in how they served at the tables.Also priority in restaurants not given to hotel patrons, as dome nights we could not get a table. Please check rooms before allocating to guests as our first room had water pouring in through window. We have stayed at South Court 3/4 times and we feel that it has gone down hill which is a shame.

Great location for my visit, both evening restaurants were great offering a good selection of food choices. Breakfast was also very good. Staff I came into contact with were very polite and helpful.

The only thing I found worthy of a mention was that I was on floor 2 of 3 and I could hear when things were quiet other guests (upstairs I think) using the toilet! So to avoid this I will request top floor next time and when next in the area I would use this hotel again.

Arriving on a horrible wet day, the receptionist, Italio I think, managed to book us in 3 hours ahead of check in time which was much appreciated. The room was lovely, good size and comfortable. Bar/restaurant staff were fab as was the food. We had a 3 great night stay. The only reason for point drop was the room noise. First night we were woken at 2am by horrendously noisy neighbours that went on until 5am so no sleep.

The bath towels were tiny!

Off the bone restaurant was really nice... Food fabulous staff lovely friendly & efficient shout out to Savannah she was so nice...we had just a great night there we extended our stay by one nght

Breakfast wasnt great.... Toaster broke & coffee maker rang out of water took ages to get it refilled. Sausages looked under cooked & bacon was over cooked scrambled egg was cold

The hotel is in a fabulous location. so handy to get in and out of the city centre. the hotel itself was really really nice. I had a Suite and it was beautiful but what was lovely to know was a friend of mine was down the corridor in a regular double and it was absolutely massive, really spacious and clean and comfy. The bar staff were very good, there was a very intoxicated male annoying myself and my friends all evening and we didn’t even have to ask the staff for assistance they were over to sort it out immediately and the drunk male was persistent and aggressive but the staff were calm and firm and it made me feel very safe.

I checked out on the Sunday and there was a hoover going at 8.30 am in the room next door which wasn’t too bad until the staff member was walloping it off the wall - if I wasn’t up and checking out and that was going on of a Sunday I’d have been highly irritated. however it didn’t affect my stay

Room was fantastic, massive, great TV, lovely comfortable beds! Clean and with a bath!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious lovely scrambled (real not powdered) eggs & real mushrooms! Fantastic options with coffee from little machine but on rare occasions u find great filtered coffee in the pots! was so lovely.. free parking right in front of Hotel too. Will definitely be back next time I stay in Limerick

Breakfast everyday was easy and convenient- it was also very nice :) Staff at the reception of the South Court were always so helpful and polite. The whole party that I came with all agreed on how comfortable the beds were and we were all very rested after a night at the south court.

More vegan options at breakfast- or diary free options. I Only wish it was slightly closer to the city- but you can get to the city in a car 10 mins away.
