Very comfortable beds, warm room, luxurious pillows and duvet. Interior and decor was very modern. Bathroom was clean and inviting. 24 hour front desk was very helpful when we arrived at 3am from a delayed flight. Yea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast for €10 was good and had a nice selection of foods.

We had a triple room so more than two sets of towels would have been great, but it’s a minor complaint. No elevator so not ideal for suitcases.

So the hotel itself is lovely. Friendly staff, great decor inside, bed was really comfortable. Quiet location too. Checking in and out was really straightforward. Staff were happy to help ordering taxi or giving advice.

I didn't like that there was no air con. In the eating and drinking area it was really stuffy and hot at night, as well as the bedroom too. Didn't like how they didn't have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold either.

Despite check out being 12 noon, when we arrived back to room after breakfast (around 10.05am), there were cleaning materials sitting on either side of our room door. Then approximately 10 minutes later the door knocked and it was housekeeping! It felt like we were being evicted from our room early! We were finishing packing and left about 5 minutes later! Also, a nice touch would have been to have bottled water in room, just a suggestion. A coffee machine would be a bonus (only saying as I don’t drink instant coffee)!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Majella and her colleague. They couldn't have been more helpful. I had asked if they could add a happy birthday treat for my partner's birthday which was waiting for us in the room, with a card which was a lovely personal touch.

We loved every bit of our stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were so clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back.

We stayed in room 254, grand room only thing to let it down was bathroom door wouldn't lock or close properly, was very disappointed with that, I know was meself an my husband an we together just 20 year, but I still like my privacy in bathroom an so do he.. now only a minor thing to some people, but did disapoint me an husband, for 4 star would expect it to be in workin order.

Staff was very nice. Room was warm although AC was there but Min possible was 17 degree, as it was very hot day, on request they provide us a table fan. so sweet. Breakfast room service was good. Breakfast dine in service was not satisfied.

Breakfast Dine in service. Menu of breakfast. Normally there is self service in hotels but here you have to wait to take it from staff. Gym was not really a gym.Only one tread mill,one Broken gym cycle and weight.

Stayed here for a wedding. Hotel has been done up and rooms are very nice and we had air conditioning which was a huge bonus as the rooms that didn’t were very stuffy.

There was works being done in the room below us from 9am on a Saturday morning. Receptionist was rude all the time so was no help when I called. I had to go up and speak with the manager as the noise was so bad. Not what you want the day after a wedding. Bar staff are very nice but also very young with no training or experience which is no fault of theirs but could do with some help.

Clean and quiet bedroom. Nice comfy bed.

The chair in the bedroom was all ripped and worn, spoilt the look of the room. There was only one bath towel for 2 people, we had to call housekeeping but they only brought one extra towel. One of wall lights had no bulb. The extractor fan didn't work in bathroom. Room wasn't serviced meaning we had no clean bath towels to shower with when we returned from a funeral and then we ran out of toilet paper!

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included in what we paid, and it was very delicious! There were a lot of good things on the menu. The staff was very kind and they called us a taxi when we left.

We walked to the hotel from the center of town, and it's doable but depending on where you come from you may have to cross a busy street without a crosswalk.

Hotel was an ideal location to tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and super comfy, food from dinner to breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back😁

Although the majority of staff were friendly and welcoming I feel the bar staff lacked in that department!! There was no interaction with guests apart from taking a drinks order and at that it was difficult at times. A smile and a little chat is always nice when you are at the bar and makes people feel welcome.
