The owner who greeted us was exceptionally hospitable, helpful, and friendly. He even offered to drop us off in town so we could enjoy ourselves at a pub without having to worry about driving back. The shower was excellent with very high pressure. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend this B&B and would look forward to staying there next time we visit Ireland. Also, the steakhouse in Trim was OUTSTANDING! Would definitely recommend the au gratin garlic potatoes as a side and sticky toffee pudding. The steak was great too. I'm generally not a fan of sticky toffee pudding but the steakhouse gets it from a local bakery that has won awards for this dessert. This was the best meal we had in Ireland!! The only disappointing part was that we didn't arrive earlier to enjoy our time Trim and had to leave early to get to the airport.

The proprietress, Mary, dotes on you so you feel like you're family. And the breakfast was amazing. She kindly accommodated my vegan preference! There are several rooms upstairs - all with their own bathroom. We ended up getting a small suite with a wonderful clean modern bath and two bedrooms; one with the queen bed and one double bed. That space was a nice bonus. It's only a 40 minute drive to Dublin airport. The location is great if you have a car. It's a mile or two from the castle and the town of Trim. But if you are taking buses it may be a bit trickier to manage to get there. Although Mary offered to drive us in. So she would probably pick you up if needed.

It’s a very nice home, with a great location ; easy to find and access, nice surroundings, across the street from the Boyne River and the historic walking trail with numerous Middle Ages ruins and the Trim Castle. Our room was very comfortable , good size with a deck we did not used because of the weather. The best part of the accommodation is the kind , generous care Mary and Toni gave during our stay. You could not ask for two more generous people. They made our stay especially enjoyable.

Everything was great.

This B&B is exceptional. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable and provide the traveler all possible amenities. The breakfast is fantastic. One feels like coming home to loving parents. I became ill during our stay and the owners attended to me as if I were their daughter. I don't have enough words to describe the exceptional attention one receives at this property. I recommend this B&B highly and would love to come back!

Everything was exceptional.

Stayed here for two nights - Mary and Tony were excellent hosts, very friendly, always eager to assist, provided good dining and sightdeeing recommendations and directions to various sites. And we certainly weren't hungry after breakfast which had numerous delicious options. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location just across the road from the River Walk which led past numerous ruins to the castle and into the heart of Trim.

We liked everything. Mary, our host was very accommodating and exceeded any expectations we had. She made us a cuppa on arrival and on return from dinner. Her breakfast was excellent and as good as you can get. The bed was the best we have had in 3 weeks in Ireland. Her place was spotless. She does the industry proud and it should be a standard that all hosts should aspire to. If we could give more stars we would. Anyone who gives any less than five stars must be very hard to please.

Nothing to dislike.

I absolutely loved our stay. The most welcoming people I've ever met. We were having car trouble and needed to check in early. We were met by the most friendliest people. Not only did they allow us to check in early, but they also dropped us to the wedding venue we were going to. Fabulous rooms and tastiest breakfast. I couldn't find any fault with our stay. I would definitely recommend it and would also stay again. 💯

The property and the rooms were exquisite. The bedroom and bathroom were absolutely lovely. Mary and Tony went over and above to ensure our comfort and were wonderfully gracious. Tony even dropped us off in Trim so we wouldn’t have to drive, and after dinner we enjoyed a 30-minute stroll back to the house, passing Trim Castle and an ancient abbey along the way. This was truly a fabulous place to stay.

A fantastic B&B in Trim with our lovely hosts Tony and Mary. They could not have been more helpful and were just fantastic hosts. The home is very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The room we stayed in had an extra room so great for our luggage. The bed was very comfortable and plentiful supplies in the bathroom.

Nothing, just having to leave.
