The facilities at this hotel were outstanding, with a gorgeous view from our room (in fact, they gave us a suite): from our lovely terrace we could see the mountains of Petra, the Red Sea dividing us from Jordan before that and the large pool, surrounded by tall palm trees, at our feet. We opted for breakfast and dinner - both buffets were wonderful. The staff were caring, kind and diligent. One of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in.

We ordered a room with a sea view but did not get one. The manager called me personally to ask if we're satisfied with the room, I told him that this is the only thing we were not satisfied with. He promised to take care and call back, but the call never received. On Saturday, the poolside was very crowded and people played their own music from their private loudspeakers. Such incidents should be prevented by the management because they interfere the atmosphere of the place.

Hotel does not have a beach, there are steps from the pool area directly into the sea. The last steps are very flimsy and slippery because some broken and covered with seaweed. It should be renovated and last left handrail broken at the end. It is very difficult to go into the sea by the steps because the area itself very narrow and many people hanging out seating and standing on the steps keeping their feet in water and holding the handrails. It would be much better if it all the area going into the water rebuild wider. I think. Thank you.

The staff are nice and helpful. They're also trustworthy, i forgot my phone in our room while the housekeeper was there, I came back and my phone is still there. They even gave us complimentary wine on the day we checked in.

The air-condition and hair blower in our room isn't working, it's good that it's winter time. A lot of children wandering around.

Staff was unhelpful most of the time. They can’t charge anything to your room so you have to bring a credit card everywhere. The spa is technically separate from the hotel so if you have any issues they can’t really help you. Also, our car battery died and we were asking if anybody had a car that worked there to help us jump it and nobody was willing to even go out of their way to ask other employees. The customer service in Israel, in general, is below par relative to the United States.

These points take account of rate paid for deluxe suite with view and balcony. Room cleaned very late-after 3.30 pm every day and only when complained on last day. Room very spacious but some serious issues-eg toilet flush very weak. Not possible to park around hotel-some control needed to allow only hotel guests to park. Need to approach bar to get drink-no service at table. In addition to room rental paid up front deposit of 500 shekels taken for room damages and second non-obligatory deposit of 500 shekels to cover extras

Great swimming pool, fantastic breakfast, good quality dinner though extremely high priced.

The staff was on two occasions very impolite which was surprising as we had good experiences during our last visit. Our complaint at the front desk was heard without any reaction as it did not matter at all to them which gives you the feeling that it did not matter at all to them. Not a very 5 star hotel client service approach. The staff did not speak any English besides a person at the front desk. The current staff is not trained for a 5 star hotel.

Room availability was delayed by 20 minutes - however I received a free of charge dinner for my trouble, and had my room upgraded - reception staff was very service oriented, a pleasure.

Not a fan of swimming pool music, but hey....

Lack of parking. Wouldn't fault my stay, I am familiar with the area and knew of off-street parking a short walk away

I liked the location overlooking at the red sea, I also liked the friendliness of the front office personnel, I liked that it was next to the shoping mall and the pool is beautiful.

The hotel is too pricy for internationals and is thought for local turism, There is not a pool bar where you can order drinks or food to the pool we had to upgrade our room because the room that we initially booked did not look to the ocean and we paid more.
