great staff, especially the receptionist Max. I was really happy with his attitude and got a free room upgrade. Room service was super friendly, they returned and cleaned the room after we’ve cancelled their first attempt at 9 am. Great location, pool and thick walls between rooms

half of the area above the bath tub is open, so you have to put the towel on it otherwise the floor will be wet. Also I would be happy to have jacuzzi or sauna, but I was more than happy with the pool and it’s temperature in January. you can really comfortably swim there in winter last thing I wish they could improve are the doors, unlike walls they let some noise enter the room

This was our second visit to the Dan Panorama. We found it to be a very good hotel several years ago and have just paid another visit. The hotel is large but everyone is catered for in a friendly manner. All the facilities we used were well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable; and the buffet breakfast selection was very good.

While the hotel caters for families, it would be a benefit to have an adult-only dining area. The many families at the hotel tend not to care that their children run wild through the dining area, making a quiet start to the day something of a fantasy.

1) Location is A+++ Location is A++++ Location is A+++++ 2) it's correct to have a kettle in the room ... actually, this is the main and only real big advantage

1) bed dress wasn't changed during whole week: this is inacceptable for the hotel you pay 245 €/day 2) three elevators aren't enough for the quantity of guests 3) the receptionists doesn't speak/understand well English 4) housekeeping is sloppy and superficial

Room clean, staff courteous and efficient. Breakfasts (and breakfast staff) excellent. It seemed that you were providing good care to the the Sderot residents you are hosting during these challenging times, and that is super important.

Everything worked fine, no complaints.

Excellent location near the boardwalk. There are great bus routes near the hotel. Roomy balcony (for two) with a terrific view overlooking the lagoon. Breakfast was good with a wide variety, but scrambled eggs were a bit watery.

Glass barrier around bath tub was only half way, so water keeps splashing on the bathroom floor.

Very good location in Eilat. close to the center and the beach. The service was excellent and the room was good and very nice view to the artificial lagoon (we paid extra for this). The hotel however doesn't have the best atmosphere and the dining room felt more like a big hostel. We didn't stay in the hotel except for the room. Breakfast was ok. Huge variety but not the best quality. The price was fine though, for what we received.

Very helpful staff. There were a few minor problems but they were sorted out immediately. The dining room was very well managed so that it was never necessary to queue for anything. The swimming pool was immaculately clean with plenty of towels and sunbeds.

They have introduced a strange new system for the lifts which really doesn’t work efficiently. We were at the end of the room cleaning rota so that our room was never cleaned before the middle of the afternoon.

Staff were very helpful. We had a 7:00 am start for our trip to Petra, in Jordan. They offered to provide lunch boxes. These were exceptional. Only water but lots of varied food. Issam helped us, especially in English

The hotel is at a great location with just a short walk from the beach and wallboard, with lots of free parking near by. Facilities are nothing fancy but are a good value for the price. The breakfast buffet is great. Eliran the security guard is very friendly to the guests and Avi at the buffet staff is helpful.

Many issues with and around checking in and out, hotel said we did not ask for our groups rooms to be next to one another when the reservation clearly says so, some wrong charge made to our room that took aong time to straighten out while at the same time I wasn't able to make actual charges to the room when I wanted to.

Great breakfast, and dining area in general. The pool is a perk, and the lifeguard was nice. The room was really clean and spacious. They have an amazing management team, with excellent customer service after. I got to speak to Ruth, who checked in and valued my feedback.

The reception was busier than usual, but customer service was really kind and really cared about the feedback.
