The staff really went above and beyond for us- I arrived for a 1 year wedding anniversary getaway with a sick husband in tow (and not feeling great myself). They let us check into the room early (and gave us a late checkout as the room was not booked), had a little celebration for us waiting in the room, consistently asked about us everytime we walked through the lobby and even called me to check-in. We felt really cared for. Location is great- the bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel, it is a very short walk to the waterfront and mall I had read mix reviews about breakfast- it is not overly elaborate but everything was very tasty, that there was a good selection of fresh veg and salads, protein options ect. We were very happy and would happily eat it anytime

We booked a park view room, be aware that this also faces the main street so we could hear cars and buses driving by and when we have 2 sick people trying to rest at times this was frustrating.

A quiet hotel in a perfect location! We liked everything: variable tasty food prepared by a skillful chef at Varkada restaurant, clean and calm pool area where you can relax and cool down, attentive daily room cleaning service, responsive reception. A bus stop is located at the hotel door and it can be used to go to/from central bus station, Coral Beach, Underwater world - all places from just one bus stop. The closest beach, promenade and Azrieli mall are just 1 minute walk away. When we came, we received free room upgrade and after checkout we were allowed to store baggage and use the pool until we had to leave Eilat. Will definitely return to Play Eilat Hotel!

very amazing property. Not only was the property in a great location, clean, spacious, and had great breakfast. But the staff was amazing. I didn't catch the name of the manager but she went out of her way to help us with activities we had booked because we couldn't speak the language. Armando at the reception was also amazing and ensured we knew where to go and went out of his way to message us to ensure we knew what we were doing. Would recommend a million times over.

Nice hotel, beautiful reception area. The room was not so big, but enough. The bed was really comfortable and pillows were perfect. The curtains worked very well at night, there were no light going through them. Location is good, not on the beach sight, but about 5 minutes walk. They also provided beach towels for us. Although we did not use the pool, it looked very clean and had a comfortable lounge area.

The mirror was dirty, I think they used not appropriate for mirrors surface spray or something. Also when we asked to print our tickets, they said it's impossible to do here.

Excellent mid sized boutique type of hotel. Nice interior, rooms, pool area and very helpful staff. They really make an effort for you to get the best from your stay.

We booked breakfast in the room price and that turned out to be real treat! Lovely prepared Israeli cuisine, freshly made coffee on your own request. Super friendly staff! Breakfast was served in the next door restaurant but 100% worth the few meters walk.

Great location, friendly staff, uncomplicated pool. access straight from room. Good aircon and comfy bed. Handy for new amusement park opening soon over the road. Supermarket also a few steps away handy for milk beers snacks etc

The website specifically mentioned that they did an 'English breakfast' . This didn't exist and they laughed when we asked. There was a nice Israeli breakfast but someone must have entered the English option on booking site which is a mistruth? Also a few minor plumbing issues fixed after a few days

Location is great with nice views, not of the beach. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Staff great. Pool and room was great. Manager great, very helpful . I don't know if the guy on reception was busy or not but he and the manager always had time for questions etc. Lovely lobby. Really great and would recommend this hotel.

The junior suite rooms were very spacious, with a large balcony facing the city, a great coffee station, lots of closet space and drawers. the pool was lovely and the front desk service, as well as the technician, were outstandingly helpful.

It would have been great if the cleaning services wiped the shower room walls as well as the floor, it's pretty easy to clean and makes a big difference in how clean it feels. Just a suggestion. Also - clean under the bed from time to time, preferably all of the time :))

Staff was really super friendly, felt welcome immediately. Pool is nice, location is super central and you can walk everywhere from there. Breakfast was also great. Loved also the small popcorn gift in my room.

Had some hairs in my room which were definitely not mine, but that’s the only thing I would complain.

Small, but cozy hotel. Short walk to beach, two malls, lots of restaurants. Nice outside pool. Clean dining room with very friendly staff. Simple, but good breakfast with some veriety of choices. And finally good coffee!

No bathtub, however shower was spacious. Glass doors to bathroom. I traveled with a teenage son, the door made us both a little bit uncomfortable, however the door was not see through, mat kind of glass. Sink was part of the bedroom 🤔.
