Cool location in the heart of the Old City

Being "out of the way" means you need someone from the hotel meet you at Jaffa Gate and help you carry luggage through the winding streets of the Old City.

The hotel was well situated in the Old City. The room was modern, roomy and had a good quality bed. There was free milk, tea, coffee, cookies, wine and chocolate in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with good local knowledge. We travelled as a family with a lot of luggage, so they even arranged a golf cart to take our bags to pick up our hire car.

I didn’t realise from my initial booking that the room was down tight spiral stairs, which was not ideal with a pram. The shower water leaks into the main bathroom areas and bedroom. I found the property okay, however there are two Google Maps listings which can be confusing. The instructions on how to get from Jaffa Gate to the hotel were sent too late. With data expensive in Israel, we had already left to travel to Jerusalem, and only received the more detailed instructions on how to find the hotel once we arrived at it and connected to WiFi.

located right in the Old City, super cute rooms with everything we needed. came with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome us. our host Efraim was sooo helpful letting us check in early and meeting us at the parking garage and carrying our luggage all the way to the hotel!! the rooftop view is also unbelievably gorgeous and just can't say enough about how great it is to stay right inside the Old City. I wish I were there now!!!

it is a little bit of a trek from Jaffa gate (about 5 minutes) so if coming with a lot of luggage might be a bit inconvenient. we had two carry-on bags so we managed just fine

The location was wonderful in a charming side street of the Old City of Jerusalem. We were greeted at the Jaffa Gate and led to the hotel by a lovely and very helpful employee. We might not have found it otherwise! He very kindly also helped with the luggage. The room came with an excellent coffee maker and milk, sugar, wine, and some yummy chocolates were helpfully included. The star of the whole stay, though, was the stunning roof terrace with an amazing view of the old city. When it got cool at sunset, it was a wonderful experience to sit up there and watch the light fade.

Honestly, not much to complain about at all.

This place is pure magic!!! Though challenging to locate at first, situated between the Jaffa and Zion Gates, this is the perfect place for a family stay inside the old city. Our 2 room 2 bath suite was spacious and well appointed and the staff bent over backwards to make certain we were happy. The perfect spot to shop in the Arab quarter, or walk to the Kotel or any of the other sites in Jerusalem...and a 10 min walk to Mamilla and Ben Yahuda and all of the restaurants...and grab a coffee and head to the rooftop of a view of the old city.

This is a really unique spot in the heart of the Old City. Each room has a different "personality" and no two rooms are alike. The roof terrace with Old City views was a personal highlight, especially at night with all the lights illuminating the temples around the hotel. The rooms had everything we needed and were comfortable. Ephraim was really helpful looking after us, he met us by the parking lot and guided us to the hotel (it's not easy to find by yourself!) He was very responsive and attentive to our requests. We couldn't have asked for a better host and stay.

No parking nearby, be prepared to walk about 10mins from Jaffa Gate with your luggage. Not a problem if you're younger and fit but could be an issue if you're older or less mobile.

Gorgeous boutique hotel situated in the old city of Jerusalem close to Jaffa Gate and embedded in amongst so much history. Efraim was an absolute delight welcoming us and doing absolutely everything he could to make our stay totally wonderful. The rooms are lovely, well air conditioned for the heat! Comfortable bed and neat bathroom en suite. We stayed in Room 2 which was gorgeous. Magnificent views from the roof garden where we ate one night watching the full moon rise over Jerusalem. We were nestled a quick walk from historical sights, the market and perfect restaurants. Such a blessing to have found this jewel of a hotel and highly recommend everything about it for a real feel of being a part of the Old City.

Really fantastic stay at this charming hotel. Wonderful use of light and space in the room design and an unbeatable location in the Armenian Quarter - from the rooftop terrace you can look down on Temple Mount! A stone's throw from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Thank you to Ephraim for looking after us. I hope we can stay again one day.

Not complaints - observations. Due to building layout, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Also, other than the beautiful rooftop terrace there are no 'facilities'. We loved Teta Cafe very close by for breakfast but there are many other options.

A jewel we discovered in the Old City close to the Jaffa Gate. Absolutely wonderful to meander through the cobbled streets and through the market to get to and from our hotel after working all day. I was upgraded to their suite which is gorgeous and so spacious. Incredible roof top terrace with views across the old city. We all absolutely loved our rooms and our two nights we had there. Highly recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel and would absolutely stay right here again.

Breakfast was not provided as well described in advance. The nature of the hotel clearly could not include such service. However, hotel provides coffe and tea machines, cookies, cioccolate table in the room. All complementary Particularly appreciated was a complementary bottle of good Israeli red vine that could be taken upstairs in the breath-taking roof garden overviewing Jerusalem 360^. You will enjoy a nice aperitiv time!! All personnel was very helpful!! The feeling was like to stay at you own home in Jerusalem!! Great!!
