This is a very impressive hotel in terms of its design. The ancient structure that has been significantly restored gives a romantic flair. The hotel is located in the best area of ​​Jerusalem. The room was large, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The spa is nice but a bit small and includes a sauna and pool, however, it is recommended to book a massage which was excellent. Breakfast is good but not special. Overall the staff was kind.

We encountered some maintenance issues like a drainage problem in the shower and a hot water problem in the bathtub that was not addressed during the stay despite our requests. In addition one day we arrived for breakfast during rush hour and the person in charge sat us at a table with other people without checking if we agreed. When we asked to change a table, we were told that we could go back to the entrance and wait for a table to be vacated.

Staff was immediately attentive. From Krana, Daniella, and Yosef all my needs were taken care of. They are Excellent. I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service. I will be definitely coming back next year Thank you everyone you’ve all been FANTASTIC!!

Loved everything

This hotel brought my trip to Israel on a whole different level! The staff was super nice and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned and smelled fresh every day. The hotel is stunning and in a great location! We'll definitely be back!

I left my medicine in the refrigerator. I called to ask them to look for it and requested for a feed back. no call or message came. very disappointing. my injectible was for my diabetes

Quality of the breakfast buffet, considering the clientele needs some attention. There is lots of choice, but not great tasting typical Israeli fare which one would expect.

The service and and friendly attention from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was exceptional. Everything that we asked for was attended to with a smile and immediately! We ate in all but one of the food venues and here too nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like royalty. The food was amazing the range of wines impressive. I loved the fact that every wine was from Israel and that they promoted “home grown”. The kashrut was kept to the highest of standards!! We will definitely be back!

There was not one thing to complain or be negative about and my only problem was that we finally had to leave after 3 wonderful days. Thank You WA!!!
