I found the staff very friendly, courteous, helpful and eager to please. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm. My room was lovely and I had a magnificent view of the city. I had an extremely pleasant stay . I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The location in Jerusalem which is very central cannot be beat. I have been staying at the Prima Kings Hotel whenever I visit Jerusalem since1965. And I will be back again when next I visit Jerusalem. I was also extremely impressed with the kind and respectful manner in which the vaccuees are being accommodated. .

I really do not have any complaints.

Great breakfast every morning. Beautiful views from my room window, which leads to a balcony. Location makes it easy to get to the Old City, Ben Yehuda Mall, the Geula section of Jerusalem, and Jaffa Street, and a number of important bus lines come near the hotel. Also, the hotel staff kept inquiring how I was finding my stay, and fixed any problems that I pointed out to them.

The hotel staff could be a little more informed about the immediate neighborhood and what shops and houses of worship are nearby.

The location is great , the room was very clean . The beds were very comfortable , and there was a great selection of pillows , hard , soft , feather which I have never seen before . The staff really went out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as can be . We had access to the lounge where there was a nice selection of cakes , salads and drinks through out the day Breakfast was plentiful and tasty so was supper . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a really good place to stay

Everything was really good

Comfortable and clean, this was myy second time staying there and it was a lovely place to spend shabbat.

When we checked in and booked the hotel they said that it came with complimentary breakfast. When we went to have breakfast they said we did not pay for it. They let us have breakfast that morning but that we would have to pay for breakfast tge next day if we wanted it. Also cappuccino machine was not on, only instant coffee.

We liked the range and quality of the breakfast. Also, the amenities in the room and the comfort of the beds. The helpfulness of the staff was of a high level.

We had to ask for the room to be made up three times during our stay of ten nights. The wardrobe doors kept shutting themselves, if we wanted to take something out it was necessary to hold the door open in some way. This had been mentioned and should have been repaired, but if it had been seen to, it didn't work. Although minor problems that we weren't particularly concerned about, the short flush on the toilet didn't work and the control in the shower that determined which of the two shower heads was operating generally had both heads going at the same time.

Breakfast - excellent variety. Location just what we wanted for central access. Room very comfortable, particularly the bed. Clean towels every day. View from the room and privacy excellent. Daily Jerusalem Post. Access to the Lounge.

Coffee etc supplies not refilled every day. We were told we could ask for a taxi 10 mins before we needed it. When we asked for a tax at 3.50pm we were told the taxi would not come because of the rush-hour traffic. We were told to stand outside and hail a taxi ourselves but after some time trying unsuccessfully we asked Reception to help and they said they would try another company. After a time standing outside the gentleman who looks after the bar came out to help us. When a taxi stopped to let someone out for the building next door he persuaded the driver to take us to the rail station. If it wasn't for his help we would probably have missed the train. Given the problem in stopping a taxi we would would have appreciated some direct help outside sooner.

I like the fact that the staff really seemed to care. I was traveling alone and it was important to me to be in a safe, well-located and well-lit hotel. I appreciated an upgrade on my room, and a free breakfast one day, and access to the lounge. I also liked the convenience of the room--it was not large but was well equipped. I spent a good amount of time there working and the lighting and chair was excellent. I also went away for two days in the middle of my stay, and was able to leave a suitcase in storage.

Wish there were more elevators.

Welcoming staff at reception. Hasan was a delight and tried hard to help us find our way to places in the city. He offered us a free dinner for one night, which was very unexpected. Nice lounge to come back to after walking around all day. Lots of variety at meals

Saturday, we chose to use our dinner coupon, and it was a poor choice. The food was dried out and not tasty. We figured out because it was Shabbat, no new cooking could be done. We should have used the coupon Sunday. Also, when we came to the lounge, most of the food was gone or cold, so that was not good. We had to ask for more towels and a bath mat on more than one occasion. The shower was not properly cleaned on a daily basis. There was no soap, or body lotion in our room when we first arrived. Hasan provided us with those supplies when I came down to the lobby.

We arrived early and the hotel desk clerks held our luggage in a secure place so that we could go and have lunch. they also checked us in at 1:30 pm instead of 3 pm. The location is great! Next door is hechal Solomon and the Israel Museum of Art (a small branch I think). Very interesting. The Great Synagogue is also next door but it is only open on Shabbat I think. The Mamilla Mall is a 10 minute walk downhill on Agron Street and if you continue, you’re right at the Old City. A short bus ride (across the street) takes you to Ben Yehuda (walking street) and Jaffa Rd. Breakfast is excellent! All the cheeses, salads, fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs made to order. Definitely worth adding to your reservation. The hotel staff go out of their way to be helpful - restaurant info, bus info, calling for taxis, etc. The large bottle of water and delicious chocolates were unexpected extras.

Breakfast was good, Location good, It was my 12th time staying there. Apparently my reservation was booked thru someone other than Prima Kings and did not include breakfast. ( check your reservations ) When I explained the situation and thought it was thru Prima Kings and included breakfast, I was comped for breakfast. Made my stay much more enjoyable. Thank You.

Like all Israel hotels the shower glass needs to be wider to prevent floor flooding. When I mentioned it to the person who was cleaning my room he left me an extra towel each day.
