Great location , very affordable, also very nice breakfast available.

If you are staying in the hostel room good luck getting a bed that has a working electrical outlet to charge your phone. I would say 75% of the outlets in the bunks are not working. I have stayed at this hostel a number of times, and this is an ongoing problem.

Everything but what is stated above was great!! Loved the spaces and the rooms. All the other staff were helpful and friendly!

Would have been nice for the outdoor bar and food spot to be open. Not sure if that's because of the current situation in the country or has been closed longer. Would be nice to have plugs at the bed and a proper light. We checked in late. I had messaged ahead and we got approved for it. The night shift guy was difficult to get a hold of (it took over 30 minutes and we had to call multiple times and bang loudly on the door) and he wasn't very pleasant to me or my friend. I had to go to the corner store to get my own change for him as well. It was 1:30

everything was perfect. it was clean and comfortable, great breakfast, great team. the ac was not working at night and the guys from front desk gave me extra blanket so I will not be cold, but I had to ask multiple times for that to happen, still nice. and they also upgraded my room which was really nice

the coffe machine was not working, and the American lady working in the kitchen was complaining about everything and saying “if you know how i was, you would not believe I’m here making coffee” that was wired and not very hosting attitude

Staff were amazing they really made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The receptionist even called and arranged parking for us before we arrived. Breakfast was tasty and made fresh. The hotel has a communal kitchen, dining area, and terrace. The room was clean and comfortable, it was nice that as a family of 5 we could all be in one room, the room could sleep 6. The location was central to everything, a few minutes walk from the tram stop. The temperature of the hotel was cool, very welcoming after being in the heat of Jerusalem.

The location is good, the place is clean, has luggage room for safekeeping before check-in, they have a good lounge and the beds are comfortable

First that there are no available towels, while it seems that I forgot to put mine when I packed last time and second I woke up to smell of cigarettes from outside which seems to be from the kitchen workers and one of them was talking a lot and very loudly, so I just took my stuff and left early. Also, I don't understand why does it appear twice on booking with slightly different names.

I really liked how the hostel was clean and everybody was friendly. This was my first time in a hostel and I was really afraid of uncleaniness. Everything was well organized. They have a kitchen fully equipped so it was easy to cook and I could also put my food in a container provided. Awesome.

Because the fridge is use by everybody, sometimes it was a real mess. Maybe they could clean it a bit more often. But again, it was well organized - they had sticks and pen prepared to put your name and time of your stay to stick it on your food. Good idea!

The staff is incredible. I will be back for Sukkot 2024 and for every trip I make to Jerusalem. The value is worth the cost. The rooms are cleaned daily. When you include breakfast with your booking it is wonderful and well worth the added cost. I do not find this kind of deal in Canada. To get this in Canada one could expect to pay $150CAD and higher per night. Here I get better quality than I have even gotten in Canada at middle to high end hotels. Very impressed!! This place is amazing. I adore the staff.

The only issue was with the heat in November. The staff worked diligently to correct the situation. The dormrooms wifi needs to be boosted. The manager is aware of this and is working to solve this.

The accommodation is very cool, quirky and eclectic. It spans over four floors and there are different seating areas away from the bedrooms. The location is beyond amazing! It is nicely tucked away yet in the middle of everything. A short walk to the market and a 10 minute walk to Jerusalem's religious sites. I would definitely recommend!

A bit of a random checking-in process, when our booking couldn't be found on the system?? Although I had paid and had a booking reference. I do not think we got the supreme room that I booked but the staff quickly responded to separate the bed into two singles.

pretty much everything I will be back here, given the chance. I also plan to stay longer. About the manager here; she is super wonderful. Her hospitality knows no bounds. Accepting those who are fleeing from the war zones and hosting Shabbas for them. I can't say enough good about this place.

the internet signal could be boosted a touch in the dorm rooms, but other that that I liked everything.

I loved staying at the Stay Inn, it was comfortable and had everything a traveler needs. Kitchen, laundry, space to relax, even breakfast ( extra$ but worth it!), helpful & kind staff(!!) and the perfect location. If you are looking for affordable and very pleasant accommodation I recommend Stay Inn. I will be staying there again on my next visit to Jerusalem.

There was nothing to complain about- I found everything very comfortable.
