Great staff who were very responsive. The mini fridge in my room was not getting cold enough to keep my food from going bad. I called for a replacement and they got me a different one right away. The replacement worked but was old and not level and had some broken parts inside. The room was clean for the most part although the (vinyl plank) floor did not seem like it had been mopped clean as my slippers were a bit dirty after walking on it. Because the staff was great and all my needs were quickly met I would rate that as a 10. The other less concerning things I would rate at about an 8.

See comments above.

Fantastic reception by Shireen and unexpected welcome drink. Nadal, the Customer Relations officer was very supportive and helped us understand and activate Rav Kav cards. Room was great. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed shower. Safe was most useful. Again on entering room there were a couple of bottles of water and a small gift bag containing chocolates. Service were lovely too. Light Railway is close to hotel.

The food was something of a disappointment.

Everything was nice.It was much more than I expected.Front desk and hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The food was excellent. I received a phone call everyday asking how is my stay there and if I needed help with anything. Each morning the front desk ordered a taxi for me. Front desk was also very helpful when it came down to going to the different tour sites and riding public transportation.

Breakfast was the same every morning. I wish they would have had a different variety each morning. But the breakfast was good and tasty restaurant very clean, professional and beautiful

Staff without exception were extremely friendly and accommodating! Nice food in the buffet Great location for tourism, right near light rail Cozy beds with nice duvets

Toilet paper rolls were skinny and ran out very quickly! Bathroom needs an exhaust fan to prevent turning into a sauna. Temperature is centrally controlled not individual in rooms (common in Jerusalem I understand) LOTS of noise from the street even though we were on the “quiet” side of the hotel. So the location is wonderful for tourism but not so great for traffic (nothing you can do about that) Lag time in communication between booking.com and the hotel. So I didn’t get refund processed before leaving

Hotel was booked and provided by Compass Travel Israel. We booked 8 days Christian Tour package and stayed in Prima Park Jerusalem Hotel for 5 nights. Excellent choose by Compass company. The rooms at the Prima Park Jerusalem hotel are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are cozy, and the linens and pillows are of high quality, ensuring that guests get a good night's sleep. The rooms are also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast at the Prima Park Jerusalem hotel is nothing short of outstanding. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including traditional Israeli breakfast items like hummus, falafel, and shakshuka, as well as more familiar Western-style breakfast dishes like pancakes, eggs, and bacon. There is also a selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and bread, as well as hot and cold drinks. The breakfast is a perfect way to start the day and provides guests with plenty of energy for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Prima Park Jerusalem hotel for anyone visiting Jerusalem. The location, rooms, and breakfast are all top-notch and will make for a truly memorable stay in this beautiful and historic city.

I would like to stay longer in Jerusalem

The Prima Park Jerusalem Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this iconic city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Our rooms at the Prima Park Jerusalem Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was well-appointed with a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Shirin, one of the hotel's staff members. From the moment I checked in, Shirin went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that guests had a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed total 13 days & initially thot we might want to try different hotel, not sure of transport convenience. However, after 2 days, we are most happy to stay on, super easy 3min walk to Light Rail Kiryat Moshe, tht's one stop from Central Stn & all the popular places incl. Old City, Mahane Yehuda & Jaffa St/Ben Yehuda, Mt. Hertzl (Yad Vashem)..... Just buy the Rav Kav (travel card) from Central Stn. Excellent customer service, generally most staff seeks to fulfill/accomodate our requests. Prompt outreach via email communications even prior to our arrival & our requests were taken into account by Michael Feigin, Reception Manager. Front desk staff Shereen was helpful & seemed to know our requests upon check-in. Staff Imad,, gv a call as soon as we were in our room to check if all was ok, & called almost daily. He sent via Staff Morsi a large bouquet of cheerful balloons to celebrate my husb & my 33rd wedding anniversary, compliments of hotel. The food is good especially the Shabbat meals, which we enjoyed with the wonderful atmosphere of local & foreign patrons. The hotel is clean & peaceful. Staff Morsi & Khaled particularly hv extended very warm middle eastern hospitality and always checking if everything is alright and if they can help in any way. Staff Walid @ restaurant ws very helpful and patient & prompt to sort out a mix up re payment of meals with Imad's help. Khaled deserves special mention, as he went out of his way to help us with a specific need, from a sincere heart. All staff from frontdesk to restaurant to housekeeping (especially Olay), are helpful & speaks English. The internet works very well too. We happy to hv the synagogue for times of prayer. We love the lively diversity of guests from different nations that we get to meet daily. We will definitely like to return to this hotel & recommend it as well. Blessings to Prima Park Hotel for their great service efforts!

The room furniture & carpets are old, could do with a change. If we manage our expectations to what counts most, i.e. good service, hotel easy accessibility, comfort & value for money, then Prima Park is a very good choice. The hospitality & accessibility of the hotel overshadows the drawbacks.

I liked most was the hotel location. I was hesitated to go out by may own and take a walk to recognize the area. But because the room location with spectacular night view to the downtown, convinced me to explore the city by myself. It was my first time in Jerusalen, and it was worth to go outside and see the beauty of the city in a solo hike, due most of the time was visiting archeological places along with a big crew.

Didn't like the leaks at the shower which make the floor wet. It is dangerous. The noisy fan of the air conditioner, sometimes was so loudy and don´t allow sleep. I think the noisy fan came from other building next to the hotel. I guess. I would like each room have english instructions to turn on and configurate the TV, options.

My stay at Prima Park was perfect. The service from the entire hotel staff was perfect. From reception to check-out. Perfect breakfast, with numerous options, complete, quality food and excellent service. Clean rooms, some pampering waiting for us when we got to the room. Staff very polite and helpful. My family needed some things out of the ordinary, and the hotel understood our situation and went out of their way to accommodate us, even though they were out of the ordinary. I am very grateful to the Prima Park team and also its management. I definitely recommend the hotel without a doubt!

Nothing. Everything was great!

The hotel has a great location. You can walk to the science university campus, and the tram stop is basically in the front, so getting into the old city is just a tram ride away. The breakfast and buffet dinner are great!

The room I was in was clean and functional, but I would say that you would expect a little bit more from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom looked quite dated.
