I Liked the breakfast. It was fresh excellent variety and very delicious. I traveled all over the world and this hotel breakfast is among the best The staff is very friendly . The room is small but ok. I Loved the availability of tea, coffee and cold water 24 hours a day always fresh. I would like to mention the front desk guy's name Yazan for scheduling tours for me and arranging transport to the airport. The price is very reasonable Recommend the hotel. I give A-

1- House keeping for the first 3 days wasn't good, The trash hasn't been emptied, the bed hasn't been properly made ( we didn't make our bed because the tour started early everyday) not enough towels and shampo. After complaining repeatedly to the front desk things went from bad to excellent. 2- My wife waited to get a hair dryer for four hours and didn't get it. It seems only one hair dryer for the whole building and even that one has been malfunctioned. 3- Called the front desk three times and waited 2.5 hours for maintenance person to come.. Not having a good maintenance person is the problem. 4- The bathroom door has a gap not closing all the way. Overall the place is very good for the price.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was very nice with large variety, reception was friendly and generous upon arrival, the hotel smells nice and is well air conditioned, beautiful decor, cleaning staff was friendly.

When we checked out, reception wasn't as friendly as when we checked in. Always sad when people are friendly only when they want to bargain for more money, but rude when they have lost the chance to make more money. Friendliness must be because you truly care for other people, especially guests and not because they pay to stay. The shower is very small. The aircon is stuggling in mid day to cool the room and is thus under capacity and should be upgraded. The windows aren't sealed well so it eas very noisy from the road and construction site accross the road.

Hotel: Nice, staff constantly on phone dealing with some enquiries but generally helpful (better to call reception rather than wait in a qué). Everything is super costly in Israel (comparing to UK cost of living) so breakfast 70nis per person (about £15) seem reasonable.... Room clean , service nice, huge choice of buffet breakfast

View from window not great, walking distance everywhere (not bad).... Jerusalem was WAY OVEWCROWDED!! AND SUPER EXPENSIVE!! While Israel has got prices double or triple of European prices (maybe only excluding public transport) but everything else super expensive starting on bottle of water though bakery so on. People rude pushing eachother, running then suddenly stopping in front of you without looking or very rare "sorry" people from all around the world.

It is the second time I stay there, it is all about the location and value for money. It is close to everything, you can take a light train from Jaffa street which is 50m from there, all the restaurants are very close. The Western wall is 30 min from there. It was not noisy at night or early morning so I find this place as the best value for money.

The TV didn't work on that day, the receptionist told us that they are working on that but I doubt they were. It didn't work since Thursday until we left on Friday. It was like that for all rooms in the hotel, not in a specific room. It doesn't have any parking arrangements (not even a discount with close parkings)

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There was only a boxed breakfast because of the war, but we ate at one of the many cafes in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking is available but a little tricky. It’s behind the hotel and you need to ask the staff to open the gate. But it ended up being fine. We didn’t understand how to open the sofa bed at first and thought it was too small but then we realised the sofa back folded down and it was fine .

We had a great time staying in Agripas Botique Hotel. All the staffs are nice and friendly. The location is great because it's just a short walk to Machaneh Yehudah Market. You can also request a hair dyer and flat iron if you need them. There is also a lounge where you can grab some coffee or tea. The room is complete with the basic amenities and it's affordable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again when we come back to Israel.

Hope they can add a bidet.

The staff was uniformly eager to help. They summoned large taxis for our group. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied so each of our party found dishes to their liking including a 12 year old. The location was excellent and the suite rooms were nicely sized.

The only problem is a quibble: it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower for shampoos.

The concierge! They were so nice and helpful ! I had the pleasure to be attended by Yasser and he was so helpful ! The location was perfect as it is in the center, flea market and Jaffa Street is walking distance as well as the metro stop, rooms were always clean and there’s good AC.

Nothing, we were very pleased.

Firstly, the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. One particular staff professional Yazaman made my stay so much easier especially providing me with directions as to where to go, getting taxis, helping me with my packages…I highly recommend this lovely, amazing boutique hotel.

I liked everything
