We had an exceptionally wonderful stay at Leonardo Plaza Hotel. Front desk was courteous, efficient, helpful, friendly. As soon as I finished the check-in, Ronit, the guest relations manager, came over to me and told me to let her know anything I needed. I asked her to help me with managing a particular reservation. She right away resolved my issue which was a huge help. Throughout the stay she was also available and more than willing to help and accommodate. She is truly a star at this hotel. The morning breakfast buffet was phenomenal. A huge selection of salads, fruits, cheeses, fish, pasta, pancakes, pizza, eggs and cakes. This hotel is just so comfy and cozy. Everyone in every department was helpful and friendly from the housekeeping service to the bar to the front desk. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We also loved the gym and pool area. The location is also the best as there is lots to see and do and shopping in all directions. We will actually be extending our stay here with another reservation.

The hospitality was excellent. Our room was super spacious. Upon arriving we received a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit basket. The hotel has a synagogue on site with daily minyanim (services) and a full beis medrish with seforim. The food was fresh and the rooms were cleaned daily. There was no pressure to leave on the morning of departure and the staff was very appreciative of seeing USA customers staying. 5 star 🌟 Brian Sosnow Miami

The staff was what I liked most at this property. The Guest Relations Manager, Ronit, was there on a daily basis making sure we were comfortable and always offering assistance. We really appreciated her and she did help us significantly with managing reservations and other needs during our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. In particular, Shrouq, helped us a lot. She was so smart and so helpful. She always greeted me in a professional, friendly way and even knew my room number off the top of her head every time I came to her. Because the staff was so supportive and made us feel so comfortable, we actually extended our stay twice to be there for a total of 9 days instead of moving on to other places. Also, the restaurant staff in the hotel was beyond accommodating. There was a tremendous delicious buffet every morning and evening. Sometimes we would want to eat in our room. The staff would happily bring our plates to our room. The restaurant staff, the housekeeping staff were both exceptional. We loved the overall cozy feel of this hotel and just didn’t want to leave. Also the location could not be beat. It’s smack in the middle of stores, restaurants, markets in all directions. Fabulous, accommodating staff, great food, very nice pool area, and great location make this our favorite hotel in the area. Hope to stay again soon.

We loved everything about this place.

We had an outstanding stay. The location is perfect. The breakfast is great, and we chose different items every day during our three-day stay. The staff was especially pleasant and helpful to us. Essentially every request or need that we had was dealt with effectively.

The rooms at the hotel are comfortable, and the beds are also. That said, the rooms, while modern in terms of what you need, are a bit outdated style-wise. The good news is that an update is in the works, which will keep the Leonardo Plaza our hotel of choice for both personal and business travel to Jerusalem in the future.

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations We came for the new year holiday and between the incredible food at the hotel and excellent service mydaughter and I started the New year in the most happy and beautiful way Thank you to the staff (especially Joseph who took care of our dinner reservations at the hotel) Leonardo’s extra touches during the holiday just showed us we were appreciated as clients and we look forward to coming back again

The room was beautiful. They had a wonderful coffee machine with 3 bottles of water waiting for me. How about that! View was phenomenal.

Work out room was freezing cold. Problem with the thermostat. I think they straightened it out. The staff was working on it as soon as we called them. Check in was longer than usual. I checked in with the internet check in so all they had to do was give me room key. But I had to wait in line with everyone else. They should have a special line for people who have already checked in and paid on the internet.

Breakfast spread was exceptional. Choice of food and variety and quality was outstanding. Room: Very comfortable but a little bit on the shabby side. Fantastic view. Excellent air-conditioning. Extremely comfortable beds. Decor a little on the tired side.

Cupboards and surfaces were a bit dusty and glass surfaces had some stains on them. Windows needed cleaning, which impeded the view. Decor was a bit on the shabby/tired side. Needs modernisation.

This is a great place to stay. The staff are so good, they always answer the phone and are quick to help (not in many other Israel hotels) but this one is so good. The food is very good and coffee fresh. Parking easy, gift shop and lobby snack area. It's quiet and well managed. Its the best place in Jerusalem if you don't wan't mediocre and don't want to spend an arm and a leg! You won't be disappointed. Ronit the manager is fabulous. These are serious hotel chain people!

It was all good

We had a great stay, staff was very dedicated, rooms where bigger enough and the services where excelent. Within no doubt I will come back again, great relation quality vs price and they make you feel like home, You will be within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Jerusalem, there is no need for car, access to restaurants, attractions and sites of interest are all around, also its a safe location where you can freely walk.

Breakfast great as in the past. ( Have stayed several times at the Plaza)Location for us is best. We are within walking distance to Ben Yehuda, Mamila, Shaarei Chesed, machne Yehuda Shuk and even the Kosel

Housekeeping rquires sharpening up. The hotel needs a bit of refreshing up
