amazing view, very good location. clean hotel

breakfast was not very good. fruits was missing and it was just cheese plates because it was kosher… and room was laud due construction.

We had to request a breakfast to go pack almost everyday since our tours starts early. It was excellent but most of the time it was not ready as requested. We went to the breakfast buffet once it it was amazing! Tons of choices and everything looks delicious and very well prepared. Location was right in the middle of the city close to a grocery store and the mall. The free shuttle to Gordon Beach was also a plus and proved to be convenient especially on Saturday when almost everything in the city center is close and you need to go to the beach area to find eating places. The only downside is that every Saturday starting at 530pm the roads leading to the hotel are closed due to the protests so you have to walk far to get any type of transportation.

The breakfast was great, the room was comfortable and spacious, no need to crowd in the elevator as they work on an individual ride principle, max 10 min from your room to the platforms of the HaShalom train station including buying the ticket at the vending machine.

Actually, the entrance to the hotel is a bit around the corner and you may wander around a bit to find the entrance. You leave to the train station via the shopping centre. The hairdryer was in a bag in the closet, no free snacks for a 5-star hotel, no minibar, the lights switches in the room come without slider light dimmers. Price too high.

Best service in Israel is right here! The managers go above and beyond. If you have any issue or complaint, no matter how big or small, give them a chance to make it better.

Breakfast was very good, but there was a problem with the salad one time (found a bug) and it isn't always easy to get a waiter to bring coffee when you want it - would rather get it myself. The pool is very small, and getting to the exercise area is difficult - it's a holmes place gym, so the service there isn't designed specifically for hotel stayers. The light to decline servicing of the room is not marked well enough. It's not clear that it is lit, until you come back and see the room wasn't serviced.

we had great difficulty in getting to the hotel, because of all the demonstration that were going on. By the time we arrived, we were very flustered, hot, and just ready to sleep. The reception host was very gracious and kind, and he provided us an upgrade to an executive room. We had an enjoyable stay, although it was brief, and really appreciative for the hospitality that we received. I also interacted with the front desk staff the following day, and they also were very informative and professional. the gentleman at the coffee bar makes an excellent cappuccino as well! I would definitely come back.

Very responsible staff: asked if there was some problems in my room. Fixed water leaking from the shower cabin the next day (looks like this is a common problem in many rooms, because the same issue was also fixed for my collegue in another room, so don't hesitate to ask for the fix the first day - of course better to check it in all the rooms in the background by the staff). The content of the breakfast is very important for me, so I rate it as very good (many variations of meals and every day there were a bit of changes in the dishes). If you stay with a car, then there is a shopping center parking which you will pay 50% if give you parking ticket to the reception (don't forget it). Parking cost with the discount was 50ILS per night/day (but there were days when it was 6ILS per night (may be because of the weekend).

Quite expensive place to stay

i rarely have to say anything about the check in , but this time it really caught my attention : quick, professional and very pleasant. Bravo, Irakly, it really upgraded my experience in the hotel. furthermore - if you are on the short business visit so definitely great location. direct train from the airport and then a short walk on foot. its next door to azrieli shopping center with everything you might need and in the city center. the room is big (received an upgrade, stayed in studio on the 18th floor). breakfast has good choices and excellent service. definitely will stay again

room maintenance should be better. the bathtub has to be replaced- the color went of in a few places. but most of all - the room should be thoroughly cleaned after the check out. at some point a tuft of hair came out from the sofa. this is too much even for tel aviv. allow more time for the check out cleaning.

This is luxury 5 stars hotel located in central part of Tel Aviv. Right across main entrance there is a grocery supermarket, also large shopping mall just few steps away. 5 min. walking to train station, stop name is Hashalom. We have free upgrade to studio room which was large with large bathroom. They have free pastry and juices at reception desk in the afternoon, not sure if due to Shabbat.We have stayed Friday and Saturday. Compare to other similar class hotels relation price to quality was excellent.

Fridge in room 1302 did not work.

This is a hotel a really recommend. The front desk staff is very friendly (I would like to especially mention the young Mathias). Breakfast also fantastic, excellent value for the money. We were late, but they allowed us to eat normally, even though this went beyond their working time. The rooms are very large. Parking is not a problem, since the hotel is in a complex which includes a mall and therefore it was very easy to find a place to leave the car. But what I would like to mention as most special was that they understood that I had an emergency at home, which forced me to return earlier than planned. Although I had prepaid for 3 nights, I asked to leave one day earlier and they brought no opposition.

Difficult to say. Maybe the hotel would improve if it would have a restaurant for lunch/ dinner. But this is not really necessary, since there is a market nereby with several good restaurants.

Excellent location, within walking distance from many shoping, food outlets and attractions. Next to train station which made it convenient to travel to jerusalem & other cities. Very friendly reception staff especially Matias from Argentina who was very nice & made our stay really enjoyable. I booked a large studio room but he actually upgraded us to a high floor corner suite overlooking the skyline of Tel Aviv! The Concierge Barak was extremely helpful. He organised tours for us and gave us advise on restaurants and other points of intetests.
