Location is great by the port, sea, stores, restaurants, bus stations. Room has great desing. Breakfast is wonderful, best breakfast I ever had, plenty non meat options, good coffee. Friendly staff, you get a welcome cocktail from the bar.

I really loved the city view from 13th floor of my room. You might think the sea view is the best but wait till the night comes.

The wifi was cut off for over 12 hrs and I was losing mind over this. The rooms ain’t so spacious

Everything was really good There are some small details that could be improved: Towel racks or hooks The rain shower keeps dripping when one uses the handheld shower When the car is returned upon checkout they leave it in front of the car elevator. Driving it to the reception or helping with carrying our luggage from the reception to the car would have been largely appreciated as it is supposed to be valet service Find the reservation on name and not needing the reservation number Put a bar or lookout on the top floor

The hotel met the expectations. The rooms are exactly what you see in the pictures. The rooms are comfortable and nice. Bed is wide - we stayed with our 4 y.o., and though there are no kids' beds in the hotel the bed was enough for three of us to sleep together. Breakfast is good, especially a cheesecake - please send regards to your chef - this was the best cheesecake I ever tasted. The pool is also nice, not so many people when we were there, so was enough space to swim. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the sea and Tel Aviv Port area. Hayrkon park is also in walking distance. If you want to enjoy the center of the city, it's a bit far, but the transportation from near the hotel is really convenient to any part of the city. Speacial thanks to all the hotel staff - we had issues with air conditioning in one of the rooms, which caused us changing rooms half of the night - all the staff were very helpful, kind and efficient! the issue was also solved later

Some minor dirt issues in hard-to-reach places like hood, corners and behind the furniture slightly spoiled the impression. We had an issue with air conditioning and light in one of the rooms. The hotel fixed it in general, but minor issues stayed. I hope it will be solved for a long perspective. Our second room was though totally fine.

Wow this hotel really is modern clean and has great facilities firstly the breakfast is amazing poached eggs in tomato's mushroom tart a great selection of salads fresh fruit yogurt and black cherry's and much much more just delicious definately set us up for the day worth every shekel (penny) we used the pool every morning and the sauna before heading out for the day. The room had everything we needed the bed was really comfortable and the shower was good we did pay the extra for a sea-view room with a balcony after a long day a cheeky drink on the balcony went down well (we popped to the local shop two minutes away for water and a couple of drinks to help a little with the budget) Maria and Shaun England

You do have to be tidy the rooms are small but I just kept on top of putting things away and the hotel was so clean and ace !

This hotel was on the list of three recommended by our business school. I have never regretted staying here for a week! Small but very comfortable rooms. Panoramic windows with a sea view. Excellent, accommodating staff. Delicious and varied breakfasts. I also want to express my gratitude to the administrator Omer. Extremely professional and kind. Thanks to him, I had an excellent opinion about the hotel. During the check-in I had some problems with my credit card and Omer did his best to sort out the issue. He also helped in solving all current issues, including organizing a taxi. I hope I will have a chance to visit Port Tower again.

The hotel completely replaces towels and bed linen on a daily basis. I find this a little wasteful and I would prefer a change of towels upon request. Instead, I would suggest refilling drinking water bottles every day.

In TLV you pay HUGE money for the rooms, so instead I found this new hotel with VERY VERYT SMALL rooms with a very small price (relatively) BUT, I booked the most expensive room in the hotel on the 7th floor & above with a huge balcony and wrap around windows all glass floor to ceiling and did I mention the room was super tiny. But, I didn’t come to TLV to sit in my room PLUS being alone it was ok, I am not sure how comfortable it would be with a partner

I am jewish and I complain a lot, but this hotel is very simple and I found everything practically perfect. I love the young and fun staff. One word of caution is that the lines at. Reception got bad oftentimes….luckily I never NEEDED to wait. I did however had a good Experince with the front desk booking me a “taxi” in advance for the airport with a set price.

Location and price. Balcony was wonderful. Pool was very nice as was dry sauna. Breakfast options were acceptable and delicious. Happy hour (and staff) were great. Asst manager was top class and attentive. Nice shower. Fast elevator to each floor. City view with a peekaboo view of Mediterranean. 5 minute walk to water’s edge and cafe. A special note of gratefulness to friendly and smiling Roni at the front desk, Koren and Maya down in the lobby bar and breakfast area with their top class service and enjoyable personalities and Omer for his kind and attentive assistance.

Room was small and an oddity of toilet and sink being in different rooms. 14 inch space between walls and bed. Difficult to store suitcases (two carryons) on floor restricting walking path further.

This hotel is something I liked a lot! Basically, Israeli hotels is a special story always, but here you could be sure you'll get the great comfort, service and breakfast. Very comfortable room with separate WC and shower, huge balcony, really comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is beyond praise! Valet parking available 24/7, which is precious in Tel-Aviv. It's quite a distance from the city centre, but if you know this in advance and have a car, like me - this is not a problem at all! In general, this is the great hotel with great rooms and great food! Thank you!

Actually, I liked everything. I don't want to throw any minorities against the wall here. It's a great place to stay.

Service was exceptional. I would have given more than 10 if the computer had allowed. Everyone in reception, the restaurant staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. They were even able to give advice on public transport which is not the case in many hotels all over the world. Our room had been cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast every day. .

The the breakfast was copious, varied and beautifully laid out but the hot buffet items were not hot, lukewarm at best and it was not possible to order freshly cooked eggs. The swimming pool was immaculate and very long but there is no outdoor area in which you can sit. The beach was several hundreds of yards and over two roads away.
