We recently stayed at this hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv and it was pretty great. The location is spot on – right in the middle of everything. Just a heads-up, parking around there can be tricky. I came with a broken leg, but the hotel was on point with a lift and a shower chair, really made things easier for me. About the room, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit on the small side, but honestly, it was totally fine for us. The hotel staff were accommodating and helpful, which added to the positive experience.

One thing to note, though, is the sound insulation could use some work. We could hear a lot from a nearby disco pretty much all night. Luckily, we were so worn out that we managed to sleep anyway, but if you’re someone who needs it really quiet to get some shut-eye, it could be a bit of an issue.

Lovely little boutique hotel. The staff was all friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the rooftop patio, great place to relax. Breakfast was a treat with a great selection of all sorts of very tasty food and a great coffee machine! Again, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Love that there are cookies and tea/coffee available at all times! The room was pretty small but very clean and neat. The shower was amazing! Lots of restaurants fairly close to the hotel along Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff Rds and an easy walk to the seaside walkway, Lahat Promenade. A great place to end our trip and a big thank you for making sure we had a taxi at 4am along with a breakfast box!

Rooms are quite small though well laid out.

Hotel very clean and modern, in good location,the room spacious,tea/coffee facilities,bed very comfortable.Breakfast reasonable,good choice and plentiful.All staff polite,and very helpful,even booking some excursions for us.All spoke English very well,and the reception always had complimentary chocolates/wine/dried fruits.Julian,breakfast staff,very friendly and hospitable,and gave us advice/tips about Israel/Tel Aviv.Comfortable ,friendly hotel,would recommend staying there to anyone.

Nothing wrong with hotel/staff

The property is located very close to the sea. Nice and clean rooms and the stylish common area. The staff was very friendly. I want to say a special thank you to the host in the restaurant. He welcomed us every day early in the morning. He provided my friend with non-lactose yogurts and cheese. Also we enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace. Our recommendation is to buy a great local vine, ask the staff for glasses and enjoy your evening on the top of the hotel.

Location of hotel to Tele Aviv waterfront. Excellent restaurants and coffeeshops near hotel. Reception staff very efficient and so mannerly. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Perhaps earlier daily cleaning out of rooms.

Reception was very nice and polite. There were beverages and snacks at the lounge. There was a basic continental breakfast, that was very high quality. The room was very clean, with a floor carpet and a very fluffy bed. The room was clean and tidy. Very good location, close to the port which has lots of restaurants and shops, and close to the Yarkon river that has many recreational activities around it.

The location was very close to the beach, the room was big enough and breakfast was rich and tasty. all the staff members were helpful, we got a lot of help from the receptionist. We liked the outside facilities, sitting outside to eat breakfast and access to the roof with a narrow view of the see.

The pillows were not comfortable, too bulky and not soft.

The staff of the hotel was one of the friendliest I've ever had in a hotel. Ready to help with any issue or question I had. The location of the hotel is very nice, since it's a very short walk to the beaches and the hotel staff will provide you with towels and beach bags. You also have the TelAviv Port area nearby which is nice for evenings. I also enjoyed the breakfasts, although I would prefer some more diversity on different days. I stayed for 8 days and the breakfast selection was pretty much the same day in day out.

Sadly the room window was facing the nearby busy road and the windows didn't really do much to stop the noise. This was more of an annoyance, nothing else. I'm a light sleeper and could still sleep through the whole night without any problems.

the bed was very good clean room reception - Shalom was very good , very pleasant and polite and was always helpful coffee place - breakfast- the service was excellent - Jowly the guy that was responsible was an excellent guy, he was polite and nice to us what ever we asked for he was there to serve us.

the first day I arrived ( Saturday) was not a good experience- the receptionist was not so nice not helpful , I was very tired and expected to get a room at 2pm as I got many messages for checking at 2pm 1. bathroom - no room to put own toiletry 2. very small room to hang and or to store the clothes - no closet , no hangers we had 2 weddings to attend , it was quite hard for us - a couple - to store our clothes , not only that we stayed more then 10 days not only one or 2 days , so that something that bothered us in a way !!. Breakfast- really not much of choices - 1 kind of cream cheese and 1 yogurt???? no cottage cheese? the best cheese in Israel !!! this was missing . I ended up to get the room at almost 5pm I was very upset 🥲

I really liked the staff and the style of the hotel. Very modern and chic. The smell in the lobby was amazing. The staff was always there to help out with anything and was super friendly. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean. We had everything we needed!

The breakfast could have had more variety. There was no normal cheese slices, eggs would have been nice as well. The rooftop terrace was closed which was a big bummer, also while having no balcony. This is something that could have been pointed out or be reflected on the price. The room was ok, but a bit small I have to say. It was ok for our stay of 5 days, but we could have used more space and maybe a window with a view, rather than backyard and summing air conditions.
