The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was compact but comfortable - good sized comfy bed, nice bathroom with a good shower and all clean and tidy. It was a nice touch to have a Nespresso machine and complimentary soft drinks in the room, and a daily 'happy hour' for guests to join. The port and the beach are very close by and it's easy to walk or get the bus to central shopping areas. They also offered free cycle rental. Checkout was at 12pm and they were able to store bags for the rest of the day.

Nothing! It was a great, albeit short, stay!

- AMAZING SUPER DELICIOUS breakfast; - cosy place, nice atmosphere; - really close to the sea (~5 min walk); - nice people at the reception; - light room, 100% as described on the website (quite small, though, but matches the description); - close to the bus and train stops;; - 10 mins walk from a nice park; - a lot of nice cafes and shops nearby; - you can take a bike and / or beach bag.

It was not clear when was the breakfast time, which caused some misunderstandings. It would be nice to have the schedule somewhere in writing.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing, the stuff was really kind all the time. They helped us with airport transfer. We received bottle water every day for free when going to the beach and also sun protection was provided for free. There was hot water with teas all the time in the lobby also for free. We loved that we could rent a bike also for free. Everything was really amazing and we recommend this hotel for sure.

The Yam Hotel is great. Comfortable and clean rooms with a great balcony. Pleasant staff and a fresh, tasty breakfast. They go that extra mile with the fun Happy Hour (no extra charge), the Yam Hotel beach bag with water, sunscreen and hotel beach towels, when you go beaching, and their hotel air freshener to take with, when you leave. I loved the extra little things, it made our stay even more memorable. Thank you!

We stayed at your hotel the first time from April 6/23 to April 9/23 then we traveled to Jerusalem for a few days. We loved your attention and service at your place that we decided to come back after Jerusalem so we stayed from April 12/2023 to April 15/2023. The location is perfect it is near the beach and the hotel provides bicycles and beach towels. We loved the breakfast every day. The service was great every one there very friendly. Thanks. We liked everything.

Great location, close to the beach, lovely scented entrance, very welcoming. Attention to detail in the room which was spotless. Very comfortable bed and the shower was comfy too. I opted out of the breakfast option but it looked great when I passed by. I was working and was able to modify the room to make sure I had a desk to work from. Coffee pods available in the room as well as bottles of water. I went for a lovely long walk by the beach all the way from the hotel to Jaffa which was a treat - I think it is about 6K and you can take it as slow or fast as you wish.

There is nothing I didn't like. There is no parking but I didn't expect to have parking so all good! Just a note to those who are driving - there is plenty of public parking around the area - five-minute walk from the hotel.

Everything good and some exceeded expectation. Room at 7/F with some seaview. Complimentary happy hour with generous refreshment and wines except for Saturday. Whilst street parking in the area is near impossible, a public parking at 7 minutes walking distance charges ILS24 per 24 hours. One block from the beach. Complimentary use of bicycle for guests. Smart TV. Good size bathroom. Air conditioning effective.

Room is on the small size. Room rate is slightly high. Breakfast charges ILS80 per person which we did not use.

The room was small but very nice. Nicely decorated, including beach balls, beach bats and a yoga mat :) The hotel has a nice flair, with Happy hour every evening, snacks in the lobby and free tea/coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location next to the Tel Aviv Port. Lovely hotel, been there twice and will come again.

Quite a bit of noise from the street (motor bikes and ambulances) even on the 6th floor. No available electricity outlets for recharging phones. Have to unplug the bedside lamps.

The staff is always smiling and helpful, happy hour is a nice gesture of the hotel, the location is superb and there is parking lot 50 m close by. Everyday we came back to clean and tidy room, breakfast looked delicious although we did not eat at the hotel. The bed was comfy and spacious. We are always happy to come back to Yam Hotel.

Some of the rooms extremely small

We really liked our stay. Especially the breakfast. There was a lot of choice and very good quality. Israelien and europeon options. There were also free snacks and drinks on friday and sunday. Really great service! Would definitaly recommend it.

The room was a bit small and no balcony. But we knew when we booked it. The positive things maybe the price worth it.
