Best Location Best view of Corniche and seaview (balcony) The room was recently renovated and it was great Great Room and great bathroom

I arrived at 2:30 and they said the is not available yet and check-in time starts at 3pm which was fair but the problem was when the receptionist told us that they need around hour and a half for the room to be ready. I told him that it was fair when you didn't give us the room before 3pm but it's not acceptable at all if the room is not ready at 3pm. anyway the room was ready about 10 minutes late

breakfast was great, great value but expensive

The hotel failed to disclose the ongoing renovations on the floor directly above my room. The renovations took place daily from 11 am to 7 pm and caused significant noise disturbance, making it impossible to take phone calls or unwind in my room. The hotel did not inform me about the renovations during the booking process, and they did not offer an alternative room unless I paid an additional fee for an upgrade. This situation was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I spent the weekend there for my wedding and loved the staff both for the male and female weddings. Too notch service that do their best to accommodate even requests that are not per book. Seriously high quality services with planning and arranging all aspects of the weddings.

Executive rooms need upgrading, very old. Sure it is clean but very old. No next to bed charger. Laundry service is way to high even by five start hotel standard.

The new improvements in the hotel room have exceeded my expectations in terms of interior design, quality of furniture, touch lighting next to the bed, locations of the plugs and their presence on both sides, and also the level of sound insulation in the room is very impressive despite the noise from the street.

Calling one hour before checking out of the hotel as a reminder.

The staff was very pleasant and approachable, which made my short visit very relaxing. I stayed there on a layover, and the front desk clerk accommodated an early check-in. The lobby aesthetic and design made me feel as if i were royalty.

There wasn't much not to like. I didn't stay too long because i was only there for my duration of my layover.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the variety gave you so many options to choose from. I looked forward to breakfast every morning.

Was enough time for me to explore and workout. There was just too much to see and try. I didn't add lunch and dinner to the reservation. Next time I will.

I like the room it was so clean the balcony with sea view and also the buffet food breakfast and dinner its so delicious the access lounge was great also for their snacks and specially all the staff from room service up to reception they are very helpful nice and generous specially to MS. AWRAH... she helped me a lot ❤️🌹

The welcome at reception was excellent. The check in was very fast. They provided me with a free upgrade to a sea view room which was an excellent move. The room was clean and very comfortable. The view (from the 2nd floor) was stunning! and I assume it would be more from higher floors.

The provided internet did not work on my pc. I entered the log in credentials in the same (simple) way but the system was not recognizing my log in. I did not contact support as I had my alternative good private connection.

I loved the the place and the hotel for a short stay. Although there was maintenance in the hotel but still I value the extra service given to help specially from the duty manager on check in.

I would love to know about the maintenance before checkin but still it was not a major concern

Location, staff were good, front desk receptionist (Nawaf) was exceptional looking after us to accommodate us & giving us a good room. Thank you Nawaf & keep up the good work

Noise an door slamming at times and of course the mosquito were very bad could not sit outside. The charge for one can of drink at the room-fridge was 25 Rial (that was not acceptable especially when I paid around $300./ night).
