GREAT location and GREAT installations! I was in love with the hotel itself, the pools in the middle of the nature and how the hotel has been done is everything you need to feel like living in the middle of Argentinean jungle. The food of the restaurant was delicious, tbh I was very surprise (same as the breakfast!). Also, there were 'senderos' around the nature were you could find animals, you can walk down to the river and see Brazil from the other side, etc. The people working there were super helpful and giving us all the best recommendations, special thanks to Antonio (our driver) who has been AMAZING with us, making our stay much easier!!!

I have to say the worst thing of the hotel are the KIDS! If you are looking for a chill hotel to be 100% relax in the pool+having a drink then I'm not sure this one is the correct hotel as it was packed of families with kids everywhere which was a bit irritating at some point. The pool was 70% kids shouting and playing all around the area - Just because of this I would not go back to the hotel, next time will try to look for a 5 stars ONLY ADULTS. Also, not sure if it was because of COVID or high season but looked like the hotel was running out of staff, sometimes drinks/food were taking more time than normal.

Loved this hotel. Our friends from Buenos Aires described it as having a "jungle" vibe, which it did...and we loved it! It felt very much in the natural setting of Iguazu. We liked that it was relatively close to the airport, as well as other attractions in the area. The front desk was professional, the common areas and restaurants were beautiful. We saw a monkey in the morning! The dining options were great! Would definitely return. Our friends had a room with a hot tub on the deck; we had a triple in the main complex that had a huge soaking tub and a separate shower. Lots of room in the bathroom and the sleeping area.

The hotel is really cool. We liked the pool, the room and the food. Also the lobby and the hotel in general looks very nice. Very helpful staff at the reception. Very easy to get to the park by taxi. Overall, we really liked the jungle vibe of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe for breakfast it would be good / better if someone would help more proactively to get a table (or make a list if there is no table available). We went to the hotel over a busy weekend so there were many people and some confusion regarding free tables etc.

Staff were amazingly helpful, could arrange anything at all - nothing was too much trouble. Very convenient - taxis to both Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the falls were reasonably priced and arranged within minutes. Food was delicious. Caipirinhas were VERY generously measured! Pool and spa were worth visiting. Perfect location, great for animal lovers and the balconies were perfect to see birds, butterflies and monkeys.

The hotel is really comfortable and very comfortable. the swimming pool area is amazing. The restaurant is excellent.

we had a problem when we arrived at the airport. We were supposed to be driven to the hotel by a taxi that the hotel arranged to pick us and what worse it was raining but although we sent an email and they confirmed the taxi. But they kindly solved the inconvenient by arranging a taxi the day we left the hotel.

we had a villa so we were away from any guest noises unless we were in common areas.

the restaurant food was barely edible; stale rolls, frozen croquettes, bland breakfast offerings and cat food quality tuna in the Mediterranean salad and tuna sandwich. The food was awful but the staff and lodging was wonderful.

Nicely decorated facilities and room. Pool ambiance is perfect. We really felt we are in the Rain Forest while we were sitting at our terrace.

While we were checking-in, we asked a possible early check-in. The lady in the reception did not show any flexibility or a helpful attitude. Food & drink quality at the Pool Bar is lower than expectations. Also I believe the service personnel at the pool facility should speak minimum level of English

it is remote from town so make sure you have cash if you need it otherwise it is a taxi journey into town to find a change office. Service in the restaurant was very slow on the first night but management rectified the situation and on our second night the service was excellent.

The main atraction was by far the pool, which was huge and comfortable, but it was the only strong point of the hotel besides the natural jungle surrounding the place.

The attention from the staff was really unpolite, and unprofessional. The service at the bar beside the pool was awful, they took hours to finally come and take your order. Also the ladys traeted me and my friend as if we werent staying there, as if they had a problem with us, it was a really weird 3 day vibe.

location-loved the lush and healthy jungle very nice layout and fun hanging bridge access to blocks. rooms large and stylish but simple design with jungle aspect from windows. very helpful taxi service

food quite expensive and as hotel is isolated you have to use their restaurants.
