On the southern edge of downtown Sudbury, so within easy walking distance. Close to the theatre, which has many nearby bars/restaurants. In summer, the farmers market will be in the nearby Via railway station parking lot. The Grotto can be easily accessed via the upper car-park. Across the footbridge over the railway lines is the Art Gallery. Science North is only a few minutes drive away. Room was a nice size, bed was comfortable and everything worked. Staff were very pleasant and effective.

Wifi is unsecured, so best to do banking, and any other password-related activites, elsewhere. NB: Wifi worked well for me.

Even though the neighbourhood looked sketchy in parts, I had no issues with the location. It was close to the places I wanted to visit in town. Plenty of good restaurants within a short drive as well. The coffee machine was working outside of breakfast time, so that was good too, in addition to the one in the room. Fridge was good.

The breakfast area was small, basically in the front foyer, with one microwave. It was kind of busy one day, but then it wasn't so busy the next. I also was hoping to have a microwave, I think the instructions were one could request a microwave and fridge. But if I needed to, I could use the microwave off hours.

It was nice to have lots of options for the breakfast that was included in the price. Good value for our money. Rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was not the best, but it was an enjoyable stay.

The location could be nicer.

Very Good breakfast overall. Very friendly staff who gave us ideas of what to see in Sudbury. Superb suggestions for supper. Very Clean room and gave us a spare toothbrush when we forgot one. Great coffee and tea selections.

Eggs were a little dry and may have been a bit more fluffy but the sausages were great. May have had raisin bran cereal for cereal choices. A little loud due to the railway nearby but not fault of the hotel.

The group homeless people that are hanging around at the bottom of the hill leading to the property. it was a little concerning until we entered the building and were reassured that the had tv security of the outside parking lot. The staff were great and all in all we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that we did not have closed caption available on our tv. It was necessary because of our hearing loss.

The staff was very helpful. Great breakfast. Super good entertainment in the lounge. Very central to all our activities and shopping.

The floors were dirty in the elevator, the hallway and our bathroom. No hand sanitizer in the sanitizer on the elevator.

Breakfast was a good start to the day. Location is central to old downtown Sudbury near City Hall. Proximate to railyard and a social services support centre which while not sightly are both necessary. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Staff was great and very helpful. I wanted some time extension on my check out they were cooperative.

The hotel entrance was very tricky. We barely noticed it from the street. Not enough parking on the first level in front of the entrance. Bathroom was very small.

for the first time in like ages i had the front desk call me in my room and ask if everything was okay did I need anything in all great service clean place to spend the night

not lots of parking space special if your like me that travels for work in a 35 foot tow truck with a trailer hook to the back its not easy to find room to park

Staff was amazing and helpful . I arrived very early so they arranged my room for early check in no charge. Breakfast sandwiches, juice, muffins, yogurt, cereal, granola bars for breakfast which I was satisfied with. Would stay again.

Floor could be cleaner. But I stayed in a pet friendly room
