I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. In the evening, the hotel bar was open, offering drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious; however, the soundproofing could be improved as I could hear noise from the neighboring room. The location is fantastic, especially if you plan to visit the Bijlmer Arena area. The hotel is right in front of a train and bus station, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of dining options, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby, and it’s just a 15-minute metro ride to the city center.

The only downside was the breakfast, which was disappointing. The selection was very simple and limited, so it might be better to explore one of the nearby cafés for breakfast instead

Room was ideal as I requested a view of the Football stadium for my Grandson which was given. The Location was terrific, plenty to see and do without staying in the middle of City, The transport links to the city were also exceptional and within easy reach of hotel. Breakfast was great and enjoyable

Nothing- this was a really pleasant stay, will be using this hotel in the future.

Clean, safe and lovely staff, location was perfect for getting around with the metro being a 2 min walk to the platform and it was so cheap to travel about on the metro about €3 a day. Breakfast was fine nothing exciting but better than the choices at the UK Hamptons

Location right next to the train station with shopping area and cenima within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable.

Got very busy over the weekend and at breakfast time was very congested, the staff managed it well.

1.Hearty, scrumptious breakfast. 2.Love the motivational quotes written on most walls of the hotel. 3.Hotel location is very strategic, close proximity to the train station, malls, shops and supermarkets and eateries.

1. The rooms were not able to be connected as the door was faulty the first day and could be rectified only the next day, causing much inconvenient for my family with young children. 2. The phones were not working in the rooms so communication with the reception is disrupted. Guests must go physically down to the receptionist counter @ the lobby for any queries. 3. No mini refrigerator. 4. It would be great to have a wash/dry automated machine with minimal fees @ each common level or a laundromat service in the hotel.

Great location for attending event at the arena !

Unfortunately had to wait 4 hours to check in for our size room and the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. No mini fridge

The room was comfotable and nice. Sockets next to both sides of the bed, desk and a little tv stand to put things on, two chairs in the room, nice big windows, lots of locks and safety measures to calm the anxious minded people. The train/metro was literally outside the hotel with direct connection to the citycentre. Definetly the more comfotable hotel i stayed in. The staff were really nice.

The sliding door to the bathroom didn't close all the way, there was a little small gap left. Not great if you aren't completely comfotable with your fellow roommate. Would prefer more breakfast options but it was still very nice.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of space to move around, as well as having space to leave suitcase etc. Kettle and tea & coffee is a nice touch, perfect for a late night cuppa before bed.

Feather duvets and pillows - although I was told these were anti-allergy, I spent the 3 days / nights sneezing whenever in the room. Previous Hilton hotels have swapped these out for me, I was told here there was nothing to swap them out with. Toilet door and cupboard door are the same, and slide over when in the toilet. This didn't close right over when in the toilet, so not very private for others being in the hotel room with you.
