I stayed in this hotel after getting a late flight back rather than travelling home the same night. I’d stayed in a different hotel at Luton Airport on the flight out and the walls were clearly paper thin and it was so noisy, so I was kind of expecting this hotel to be the same - but it wasn’t! I heard no noise from my room at all, which is just what I wanted. Good choice of breakfast too.

For the amount of time I was there and the services I used, I don’t actually have any criticisms. My room was clean, I didn’t use the airport parking and I didn’t have an evening meal, so I can’t comment on them.

The staff were friendly and helpful and check in was very easy at the time I arrived (early evening). In the room, which was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the floor to ceiling curtains completely blocked out the light. Considering the airport is just on the other side of the road and could be seen from my room on the fifth floor, there was very good sound insulation and I slept very well. Breakfast starts at 04.30 (cold) and 06.30 (hot) and it's included in the price, unlike other hotels on the airport. I walked to the terminal for my flight.

I had an evening meal which was acceptable pub food, but a bit pricey. Food stops at 21.00.

Decent walking distance to the airport (500 meters?) The absolute best aspect of my one-night layover experience at this hotel was the staff; they were just so incredibly pleasant, friendly, attentive, easygoing and accommodating. I felt I could ask them anything. My room was quite comfortable and with good lighting. The lobby area extended into a sort of big lounge with lots of seating and tables for dining. Usually expecting not to eat from a bar menu, I thoroughly enjoyed the gluten-free pizza—what a nice surprise and treat.

Just that the USB jacks in my room didn’t work—none of them that I tried, maybe three/four. Kind of vital while on travel. Also, the music in the lobby lounge area…imho not apropos, as there was top much clubby music, maybe for a younger party demographic. We asked at the desk whether a change was possible and were politely told it was a pre-programmed playlist that couldn’t be changed. Shame; probably some classic, moody jazz or cinema scores, for example, would have a broader appeal and fit into the atmosphere more fittingly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Breakfast started at 4:30 am, which was ideal for early risers, with hot options served from 6:30 to 9:00 am. The selection included sausages, tomatoes, beans, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and toast, all of which were fresh and delicious. The room was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff truly made our visit exceptional. They were polite, professional, and always willing to help. They answered all of our questions with clarity and ensured we felt welcome throughout our stay. When we requested an extra duvet, it was brought to us without any hassle. In the evening, the service in the restaurant was equally wonderful – friendly and efficient.

The only downside was the cost of parking. While hotel guests receive a 50% discount, £25 for 24 hours still feels quite steep. Although the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, there is other hotel just 10 minutes away offering free parking, which might be something to consider for future stays.

Location is excellent - its closer to the airport than I thought it would be, no need for taxi or shuttle, it's under 10 mins to the main terminal entrance without crossing any roads.

The room was very cold, especially in the morning, although it had a very loud room heater, but I arrived with kids late in the evening and it was too loud to sleep with, so I could not use it for proper heating. The sink was clogged right from the start. The breakfast, although advertised as available from 4am does not include any hot options. The scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, etc. are only available from 6:30am, so might be too late if you're taking early flight (and you might be, because why else would you stay at the airport hotel overnight?)

Everything about this hotel was perfect in terms of location, comfort, cleanliness and food etcetera but people make a place and the check in by Mark Griffin will live long in the memory ! I’m a world traveller and Marks personal greeting and ensuing conversations were simply wonderful. All the other staff too couldn’t be more helpful, positive and up beat which is just what’s needed in my view for weary travellers. We were booked in to another hotel on the 29th for our return to Egypt but cancelled it in favour of this hotel because of the staff. I’m sure that IHG are aware of the exceptional staff that are employed here going the extra mile for all the travellers.

1.The Breakfast being available at 4am was great and needed. 2. Our experience with your staff was way above our expectations, because they were friendly, helpful and professional. 3. The quality hamburgers we had to eat in the restaurant, we so good and very welcome after our travels to the hotel.

1. The very poor sign posting of the walking route from reception to the terminal. 2. The steps by the side of the hotel are dangerous for guests with cases, specifically. 3. The ramp by the steps didn’t reach street level this was so awfully designed and surely a breach of health and safety. 4. The quality of breakfast juices, seems watered down. Cereals not sugar free.

Delayed in Malta I emailed to explain and seek assurances that my room would be held. I got an immediate reply from the day manager confirming check in was open 24/7 and there would be no problem. After a very long and arduous day I badly needed a drink on arrival, which was available immediately after I checked in. The bar remains open very late. I just had one!

A room in the lower basement next to the road seemed a little harsh, given I'd booked quite a while ago. It was sound proofed from the road but the bed, particularly the pillows were uncomfortable and that, light from the corridor and other early risers meant I got next to no sleep - but I accept its on an airport, so other guests will always be rising at all sorts of times.

Great location for a Luton flight! Very friendly reception staff- on Christmas Eve noting everyone was all smiles! We had a family room with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable, good pillows, warm duvet. The shower was nice and warm and there was body soap and shampoo in the shower. Towels were clean. The TV worked fine as did the kettle. Amazingly the hotel had continental style breakfast buffet from 0400am! A great way to get ready for the busy airport

No issue with the hotel walking to the hotel for the airport meant walking up a long flight of steps. Walking *to* the airport was all uphill!

Please invest in a simpler way into the hotel reception, you either walk uphill to get to reception (i chose not to use that route as i was honestly tired of walking and saw the distance to reception) or you take the stairs (which is closer if you are coming from the airport and what route i chose to take) but with large 23kg cases like i had the walk up the stairs is brutal!! Be warned, this was the only negative
