Central location.Very clean and bed comfortable Staff friendly

I would have preferred coffee in the room rather than in a central location .I was under the impression that I had booked with breakfast included but was told it was not included and had I not received the e mail .Apart from that nothing to dislike

Very nice traditional building. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location; everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.

They have two entrances, because they stretch across two buildings. We were first at the wrong entrance, which was closed and we thought they had gone out of business. We found the main entrance later. A sign on the closed door stating where the main entrance is, would have been nice.

Beautiful building, traditional style. Nice room, lovely staff, they allowed us to store baggage before check in/after check out. Good location, a short walk to the city centre.

We weren’t aware before staying that construction was happening nearby. As we were staying from the day before Christmas Eve to the day after Boxing Day it was thankfully suspended on the whole, however started again on the 27th. Would have been nice to be made aware of this in advance. Breakfast was plentiful but not too great in quality. WiFi was very weak in our room, it only worked downstairs.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room located at the end is quiet, comfortable and big. The hotel location is very good. Walking distance to the Mushroom, Alameda de Hercules and to other places. There's an Aldi & carrefour supermarket nearby (5-7 minutes walk). Next time we come back to Seville, we'll stay here again. We'll highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We need to go downstairs (11:00-23:00) in the breakfast area to get hot water, tea or coffee. It would be nice if we have a kettle in our room, we can have tea/coffee whenever we want to.

It is a pretty hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean. If you are lucky with a room you will enjoy your stay.

Unfortunately, our room was too small, had no window to the street, only to the hallway, and it was too hot even though it was in December. Also, the bed was about 120 cm long, which was too small for two people. So we had to sleep with an open to the hallway window. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and tried to help, but the hotel was full so they were only able to give us a bigger and nicer room only next day.

Quiet but perfect location on edge of the old town. Easy 5 minutes to everything!

Sound proofing between our room and the room next to us left a lot to be desired.

I love this hotel and have stayed here before. I chose it again due to it's location, how quiet it was and the friendly staff. Everything was the same this time except the quiet part....😞 Staff helpful and accomodating as always. Free drinks from the dining room from 11am to 11pm.

Construction work extremely loud and intrusive in a morning with hammer drilling and stihl saw going on at 7.30 am right next door. I know this might not be the hotel's fault and they did ask the site workers to start later, but even so, it was like torture. Not good for a well deserved rest and hard earned holiday. 😔 I was in room 110 right next to the patio and the construction site overlooked the same patio. Also this room was not as nice as my previous stay. I preferred the older rooms with the marble bathrooms, up the main staircase. The shower/bath leaked badly after use with water seeping through the tiles and spreading across the floor, only a minor point, but on top of the horrendous racket from the building site it has made me think twice about returning sadly.

We had booked this hotel at short notice as original booking could no longer accommodate us. As it turned out it was a good move as the Hotel Cervantes turned out to be an excellent choice. Very helpful staff made us very welcome. The location is perfectly situated in the old town with narrow streets, local bars and restaurants aplenty a short walk away and the main areas of interest a short 15 minute walk. The sightseeing bus also passed very close by the hotel which we used when enough walking was had. We found the rooms basic but comfortable, more importantly quiet with only a small amount of noise from the outside world , air-conditioning was a necessity and there was free use of safe in the room. The standard of cleanliness was very high. Breakfast we paid for as an extra and have to say offered a very good choice to start off the day and decent value. We all enjoyed our stay at Cervantes, lovely old fashioned building in keeping with the location.

Hard to find any negatives, no tea or coffee facilities available in the room but a coffee machine was available in courtyard all day which worked well.

Very nice interior and reception area. The open area behind reception was lovely with the palm trees and orange trees among the seating area. The rooms were well kept and cleaned every day with great service. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with many options most of which were healthy options for a light meal to start the day. Staff were very helpful and offered you a map of the city which includes all the best attractions and options for bus tours with a discount through the hotel.
