Quality Inn Pelham I-65 exit 246

They did not have the reservation in their computer. They would not reach out to Booking com. I had to do this Booking com returned my call once. I paid Booking, prepaid, and had to pay at the hotel again. I felt I was not talking to someone in the U.S.. I will contact my CC company today. It's been over 36 hours since I talked to Booking. This service is not acceptable and will be expressing this on Social media. You ask and I have responded. Will you?

Not great selection for breakfast. However there is a Cracker Barrell next door. Asked for adjoining rooms which we didn't get but they were close together which was ok. They closed the pool pretty early. We weren't using it just sitting around it. They did open it early the next morning which was very nice of them. Desk folks pleasant

The room was clean. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was polite. Lication was close to a wide variety of restaurants.Only stayed 1 night but it was a pleasant stay.

Other guest hung out on the sidewalk near our room making going to sleep difficult.( not the hotel's fault). Son ate breakfast around 7:30 and had options that weren't available an hour later. Wished those options had been offered when the staff saw there were other guest still showing up to eat.

Location was great. Prices were good

It was an adjoining room and one of the doors wouldn't open. Desk clerk said they would fix it "tomorrow " Of course we were checking out "tomorrow ". Also whoever they paid to paint did a poor job. I am no professional painter but I would have not done such a sloppy job on the bathroom doorknob!

The location was good and staff was nice

The door to room stuck hard to open and close. Also, they were out of most things for breakfast that I eat, no yogurt l, no toast, and only one cereal to choose from.

Great room for the price. Very comfortable and accommodating. Exceptionally clean for a Quality Inn, cleaner than higher rated hotels I've stayed at in the past. I did not eat breakfast, but they seemed to have a good spread for those that did.

it was walking distance to food, gas stations and the concert venue we came for

a little bit tired and run down. flooring in the room was coming up in places, two small holes in the bed sheet and the air conditioner wouldn’t turn off.

I loved the service! The front desk lady was entirely too sweet, and she always made me feel welcomed whenever i went to the front desk! The room was very clean, and extremely comfortable.

Excellent location. The night staff had breakfast started early because quite a few were leaving VERY EARLY. So much appreciated!!!

Long check in because computer/access not working for the reception so 3 of us waiting in line at 8:30 PM. Was that a Pelham issue or the businesses?

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It's close to restaurants and from the hotel the interstate is easily accessible.

That the attendant put 2 older people upstairs.
