The price and location were great. The pool and jacuzzi are open until 10. There was a great breakfast selection! The lobby has snacks and frozen meals available for purchase, and there was even popcorn when we checked in.. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The front desk person was very welcoming and friendly and even called to check that everything was okay once we checked in. There is also a gym although I did not use it this stay. The hotel has everything you need for a great price! The room was big, very clean, and had plenty of towels.

The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's more of a preference.

Centrally located right on Beach Blvd with a variety of places to eat and a 15 minute drive to the beach. Also located 5 minutes from the freeway which made it easy to find. Friendly staff including the breakfast staff was amazing. Great pool too! Everyone liked it. Very clean too! Safe as well and we'll lit which was one of my main concerns on this trip. Parking is close by the rooms as well. This was my 3rd time staying here and it's always been fun.

I can't complain, it was nice and staff was friendly.

The $100 incidental fee that was added at the property and not through booking.com. it would have been nice to know in advance so I could have budgeted it in to our limited budget due to a family emergence, especially if it is not refunded for 3-5 business days.

I liked how close it was to everything! If you forgot a towel or sandals there is a target right across the street! Wanna snack you have a ton of options Chick-fil-A, chipotle, jack in the box. Not to mention it’s pretty close to the beach!

The outside and like around the the outside of the property could have been cleaner butttt the inside was very clean both in the entry and the hotel rooms!

Our room was clean, the bedding was so comfortable and the staff was great. We never tried the free breakfast so no opinion. All in all we had a great experience and will stay here again on our next visit.

Our towels were a little dingy but other than that everything was perfect.

Location was good for the things we had planned to do in the area. Front desk personnel did the best they could, but we’re very busy on the day of our arrival. They couldn’t get us checked in earlier than 5:00 pm.

The price, 300.00 for one night was pretty high. The 5:00 check in and the 10:00 check out didn’t give us much time to enjoy the hotel pool with other things we had planned. I requested and early checkn-in, and couldn’t get in until after 5:00. That was frustrating with 300.00 a night fee.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great, many choices to chose from. Housekeeper i had was very kind and friendly.

Front desk people were always in a bad mood and very rude. I was woken up at 3 in the morning by people being so loud, Sounded like people were right outside my door, laughing and yelling

Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Quiet inside the room, couldn't hear other guests. Good air conditioner.

TV selection was poor and many channels weren't available. Bed was firmer than I like.

The staff was super helpful! Always smiling! Made sure we were taking care of. Walking distance to food and shopping.

We had to eat breakfast in the dinning area and couldn't take the breakfast to our room. I have anxiety and there were a lot of people eating in a small area.

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and Target/ Walmart. Comfortable bed. Big spacious rooms with sofa. Fit our travel crib for our two month old. Nice big bathroom with lots of counter space and mirrors. Continental breakfast was really good. Nice staff. Little market inside to buy snacks and things.

Nothing bad to say about it.
