The motel was able to accommodate our request for a ground floor unit. The room was clean with new-looking tile floors, made to look like wood. King bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. The hot-tub was empty and taped off, which was disappointing. The breakfast room provided oatmeal, pre-made scrambled eggs, and link sausages. There was also dry cereal and milk. Food was so-so, and the coffee was not good.

The facility is in the middle of a renovation with many of the doors taped off and being painted. (including the room with the ice machine).

Everything. The staff was friendly and patient (had tv issue). The breakfast was amazing, fruit, sausage and eggs, etc. when we checked in, there was an issue (my fault) and Chrissy ( check in lady) went above and beyond to assist us, and she did. We will absolutely stay at THIS Best Western. Thanks🤗🤗🤗

The room we stayed in was newly renovated and it was close to the office, so it was a bit dark, bit other than that, we had a great experience.

It was a great place to stay. The room was spacious and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. They had a wonderful breakfast with not only cabinet food but also cooked breakfast menu items you could order. The location suited me with lots of things nearby. I would be happy to stay there again..

Nothing really. The AC was a bit noisey and I had to turn it off at night.

I did like how the room was clean and it did not have a musty smell. I also liked that it had a mini fridge for our drinks we brought, and the Continental breakfast was good and simply.

I didn't like how the bed was sitting on this weird metal frame and it stuck out and you could see the metal grate of the frame and you couldn't sit on the end of bed, I didn't like how the shower curtain was torn and when taking a shower the curtain was useless from water spraying onto floor and I also did not like the worn out dirty sofa in the room.

Had a room with 2 queen beds and the room was nice and spacious. The bathroom also was spacious. My husband is handicapable and we got a room on the 1st floor making it convenient for him and also for me to load and unload luggage and car. Also discovered a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. The washer is $4.00 which seemed pricey but convenient. I will come back again as the location is good for us.

The desk chair was black vinyl and the arm rest had the vinyl warn off and looked nasty. So we put washclothes over the armrests and a towel over the seat. The beds were too soft and we are used to a firm mattress. They also don't supply hand towels, just washcloths and bath towels. We were told breakfast was a sack meal at check in. When we came last year the sack meal consisted of a granola bar and a piece of fruit due to covid. So we didn't bother going g to get a sack until our last day and we're surprised to get a hot meal of eggs, 2 strips of bacon, a sausage link and sliced potatoes. Very tasty.

Nice rooms: spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Nice little refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryer, nice closet. Also the pool is nice. Great Value, perfect for couples, families or solo. It's really close to various restaurants and great street tacos, convince stores like: 99 cent store,Walmart, CVS, Starbucks. the beaches are close to like 5-20 minutes drive ( depending how far you are going). Staff is really nice from the front desk to the guy that clean the pool, the room services. Its a great modest hotel.( yes it looks old outside, but is really nice Inside)

Quiet and nice, super efficient staff an friendly. Rooms were super clean,air conditioner and really roomy especially the king room. I will stay time and time again. They have elevators,washing machines and ice. Pool looked nice an had a spa. Great choice for beach Blvd compared to the others. Breakfast is simple, eggs potatoes sausage and pastries and a few other things. Wasn't expecting breakfast. Close to beach and Knott's and Disney not much further.

There were no complaints, really not a bad little hotel/ motel .

Overall, I am glad that I picked the Best Western to stay for the conference. While being located at a distance from the venue, it gave me the opportunity to have a nice morning and evening walk. The room and the bathroom were very clean, the bed is comfortable, and Wi-Fi connection stable.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Check in staff and staff in general were all very friendly.. Breakfast was okay. I wish they wouldn't boxed up breakfast. I wish we could pick are items.. but that probably covid protocol stuff. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.. and any breakfast better than no breakfast

Mini fridge should be kept on .. so it's cold when u get there.. don't have to wait till it cools down

We love staying at this place it's close to the beach and a walk away to Any restaurants. It's also a treat when there's a local gathering of hi end muscle cars event and you happen to be staying at the same hotel. It's like a mini cat show.
