La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Costa Mesa Orange County

You get your moneys worth, check in was a breeze there’s a live security that we saw go around a couple times . They were working on the hotel all day with cleaning or fixtures so it’s pretty safe our car wasn’t touched at all. There are some sketchy people who stay there but they mind their own business . Staff was extremely friendly , the room was outdated not extremely clean but I clean every hotel I go to anyways and bring my own sheets :) hooters is right next door too! And ikea so things to do the next day after your stay!

the room had so many issues from broken lamp shades to dead lightbulbs, faulty refrigerator & of course the notoriously annoying issue was the room key repeatedly NOT working !!! I had to run down to the front multiple times to get a replacement

It was pretty convenient to access freeway and close to my family’s reception, the host was very nice , he was super fast and nice to me I appreciated that

It’s so filthy, the halls are so filthy, it smells like piss , cigarettes, and lots of trash .

some stuff was up to date such as floors. the beds seems clean and nicely made. the area was pretty safe- had good tv channels. there was a mini fridge but didn’t use it. for those that like it, there is a hooters right next to the property. the lobby was well kept and clean.

restroom was dirty, they don’t clean as well. found like a dry stuck hair on bathroom door... some towels were dirty with like black stains. no control over AC - no microwave

Price is not too bad through Priceline, I like that they provide a refrigerator and a microwave because even some more expensive places don’t

When i booked through Priceline I chose a room with 1 king bed, they gave me a room with 2 queens

Greg & Johnny at the front desk were exceptional! They were super friendly & helpful. I appreciated them, especially Greg, going above & beyond for us. The pool was open to... fun!

No Microwave or freezer in room, but there was a small fridge. There was also a microwave down by the office in room with ice machines.

Good just needs remodeling. Maintance on things around. Better supply like the towels and shampoo etc

I like the price and the location is ideally located for most of the "out of town" jobs I go to. WiFi is always good. I don't notice any slowing. I always have access to my email on my laptop as well as my phone. It's right next to one of my favorite restaurants. :)

I didn't like that the continental breakfast hasn't returned "due to covid". I suppose I understand, since it's better to be safe than sorry and I understand there is a labor shortage. However, I miss it's convenience.

Free parking, vending machines and ice around every corner, huge facility, staff was refreshing no hard time very professional especially the 2 Brothers at Night A +++++!! Thank you! Unlimited towels, housekeeping, big clean rooms no one bothers you 3 floors big beds clean sheets, no roaches , free local calling, nice lcd smart tvs, lots of lighting, lots of outlet, truly a great comfortable stay so good a week goes by so fast but the greatest part is saved or last directly located in front of HOOTERS!!
