We loved everything about this delightful motel! Fabulous location just 5 minutes from major downtown sights. Excellent price that was so much lower than other lodging in the area. George at the front desk was super kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. Although there are 11 steps to reach most of the rooms, the staff is very accommodating in offering to carry luggage for guests. Parking is secure and free. This place checked all the boxes and we enjoyed our stay.

No problems at all. In fact we can’t say enough good things about this property. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

location was great ! the bar next door is very modern and fun and the baker across the street was so good ! front desk was nice and welcoming parking was free he helped guide us in . rooms are not 5 star but they are comfortable a little out dated but I had no reason to not come back and I would defiantly ! went to the dodger game and it was walking distance ! tv worked and water was hot ! iam happy ! if your going to spend a lot of your time in a hotel I suggest going somewhere else that offers more . no breakfast no swimming pool however I just needed somewhere to sleep and change ! it was perfect ! I felt safe overall the whole trip !

The bakery located directly across the street was an excellent breakfast option, with tons of different pastries to choose from. The room was more spacious than I expected, more than accommodating my friends and I, and surprisingly the highway directly next to the hotel was barely an issue in terms of noise.

It wasn't the nicest "looking" hotel but aside from that, I don't really have any complaints!

George was super. He is so nice and helpful. Easy parking. Clean. All you need.

The beds are way to soft and you roll in the middle all the time - read that in the reviews before already and was expecting it.

The room was really big, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, the shower was hot and high pressure, everything was clean, air conditioner worked great, staff was very helpful.

It should be clear that there is no breakfast, BUT, this did not bother me, I went to the bakery across the street. There is a dining room and an outdoor seating area so you do not have to eat in your room, this is a real plus for me.

Small , Clean, very close to many things, bus station across the street, bakery,walking distance from Downtown Los Angeles, Filipino restaurant next door Park Finest, amazingly good the only serve dinner.

The level of noise especially if your facing the windows on the street, trash can wake you up even if your heavy sleeper. it’s blasting loud at 5:45am They could have pick a better time.

Everyone that works at this location is phenomenal. Easily the best hotel/inn experience I've ever had. Superb location, lots of good food/bars nearby, and if you use public transportation, there are a lot of buses that run on the same street. I absolutely loved this place, and will stay here again whenever I go to L.A. in the future.

Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Free parking and very close to Downtown. I don't think it's possible to find free parking in Downtown itself, it's usually extremely expensive there. The room was very clean. Not glamorous but nice and the right price. There's a good barbecue restaurant 2 doors down.

The staff was very nice and the location was good. It ain't a 5 star resort but for the price and clean facilities I was plenty happy. Also free parking! They also had a microwave. Even my friend's nice hotel in DTLA didn't have a microwave.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel, we had a great experience there, the hotel is not big but we felt warmly, the staff is very friendly and nice, we have nothing to complain of their service ! ! Everything is great !

Outside the balcony is the highway, little bit noisy.
