the property was in a nice, quiet area. The rooms were great….beds were comfortable….nice and clean. Worth ever penny. I love how quiet and peaceful it was throughout the hotel. The staff was great to us…and even the maids were nice and kind. Our family will definitely book at this property again when returning for our trips in Pensacola. Oh how can I forget, the beach is about 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic. RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY 100/10

What was there not to like !! It was lovely

great location to restaurants and coffee shop; clean room; great view of the fire pit and court yard from my balcony.

I thought the website said free breakfast which is what was offered at their property next door for the same room rate but the front desk told me we had to purchase breakfast. this made the property less of a good deal compared to the two properties next door.

It was newer, clean, nice rooms were a little roomier than alot of double queens. Nice outdoor firepit for cooler weather. The staff was very pleasant & accomodating. It felt safe. Bathroom had mounted full size toiletries (No beating a tiny bottle trying to get shampoo etc out.) It's the little things...

Pool water was freezing (How? It's July). No complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was a little pricey but when you travel you want to be comfortable and have a nice clean place to lay your head.

I think hotels should invest in a variety of.pullows for guest. The pillows were terrible. This particular place had a resturant but the hours were really bad. You can't buy a cup of coffee after 11. It should definitely stay open later for both breakfast and dinner.

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean and modern. The beds were super comfy. The grounds were nicely maintained although we never had an opportunity to sit outside and enjoy it. Close to the airport.

We stayed 2 nights and the bistro was closed so you had to leave the hotel just to grab a cup of coffee or a quick bite. The people staying in adjacent rooms were loud and obnoxious and we could hear everything! We didn’t use the pool because it had a thick layer of film and foam across the top. It didn’t look right and the pool area was messy with things strewn about. There were a couple of families in there that were extremely loud and didn’t seem to care about their messes or that other people had to share the space. We paid $320/night.

We enjoyed the overall layout and design of the lobby and rooms.

When I book a room for 4 people we need plenty of towels and coffee. I had to go down and get these items and explain why I need these items.

The staff has been absolutely incredible! Thanks again so much to the receptionists who made my stay a brilliant one. The room was very comfortable and calm. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who'd like to stay in Pensacola.

I was able to call and speak with an extremely sweet lady who happily answered all of my questions and made sure I was good to go before I left! Throughout my stay, every interaction I had with the staff went smoothly! They were all very helpful and tried to accommodate as much as possible! The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

I have very little to complain about! I wasn’t a huge fan of how loud the AC unit was, but it did keep the room very cold!

Staff was Very friendly & accommodating to the guest needs. Very clean & updated decor Starbucks/ Bistro cafe was the best!

Comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, great patio area, clean.

No breakfast. At this price point, something complimentary should be provided. Also, the room arrangement of refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot is awkward. It all should be consolidated and separate from the actual sleeping area. Sink area is small. Air conditioner appears to have stopped working.
