Very comfortable bed, very organized and tidy.

Cleaning. My bathroom has hair on the wall 😩 . And it didn't have enough hand towels for us, we ask for more 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes at the front desk and they said that they didn't have wash cloth but they would bring me hand towels, when they bring me, it was not hand towels but bath mat even have a stain in the shape of a foot on it.

The amenities behind the hotel are beautiful! The pool is fine, but the lake and the deck are beautiful! Very relaxing

The carpet on the hallways and in the elevator (this one was very dirty). The shower was horrible: just a little water came out and it wasn’t hot enough (I stayed in room 334)

Besides a gentleman playing loud music and the smell of weed on the balcony, it didn’t last long but it was a smoke free hotel.

The warmth of the entire staff. From the young man at the reception to the hostess at the breakfast dinning hall. Everyone was warm and kind.

Needs a little more accommodation for the elderly. Perhaps step railing outside of breakfast hall. You have 3 steps with no railing to hold on to.

Very clean, decent breakfast, nice people in the front desk and the ones that serve breakfast exceptional. They make you feel home.

There is no housekeeping for short stays and we were never told when we did the checked-in, so it surprised us a little bit.

The facility was recently renovated and the rooms felt modern and refreshed. It felt like a well maintained property that had recently come under new owner who are really trying to make the place inviting and enjoyable. The staff were all nice, courteous, and very helpful. The property was also gated to dissuade loitering and homeless wandering onto it.

The hallways to the rooms seem to have severely stained/unsightly carpets that had yet to be replaced, and the area the hotel was located unfortunately did not have the safest feeling, especially at night, which would explain the gates at the property. The room balcony also did not properly lock and only had a very unstable cross bar to ensure no one could get in (and it seemed very loose and faulty).

1. The price was great and included continental breakfast that was up and running until 10am which is perfect for our family! 2. The breakfast area was beautiful, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the option of ordering hot breakfast to go for a fee of-course, we ordered waffles and a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, they were delicious and beautifully prepared, I believe those 2 breakfast’s cost us $21. 3. The leisure area, pool, playground, hammocks, really the whole leisure area was beautiful! The kids especially enjoyed the pool from 7pm-9pm, the pool was lit up with beautiful lights, it made for a lovely, relaxing ambiance. 4. I love that our room didn’t have carpet!

1. When booking for 2 adults, 3 kids ages 13, 11 & 9 we were given option of a double queen bedroom but that really only fits 4, there was not a sofa bed so our kids all slept on 1 bed which was challenging but since it was only 2 nights we made it work. Maybe we could have ordered a cot or something for our 9 year old to sleep on. 2. The pool area could use more towels, or be checked up on more often.

I loved that it was for kids! Beautiful lake view. Beds are super comfortable. We also got a very good deal. We just needed to stay for a night.

They room was clean but there were little spots here and there. We were right next to the door that leads to patio and next to elevator so we heard a lot of slamming doors and sounds. —— also if your handicap or have a stroller it was a little difficult to get around. I had to walk around whole building to get into the breakfast area but then the door was locked and I wasn’t able to get in so I had to go back to the front and ask for help. Just a lot of stairs.

Nice, updated hotel with a big tv, comfortable bed, spacious room, cute little balcony, really nice shower, and very clean overall.

We could hear so much noise in our room, it’s like the walls were paper thin. There was an alarm clock that was going off in a different room for about 45 min at 11:30 p.m. which disturbed our sleep. A staff member had to go turn it off. And at 3:30 a.m. there were people very active in the hallway closing and opening doors. Someone even grabbed the handle to our door very hard which was awful to be woken up to. There was no peep hole on the door to see what was going on.

Upon pulling up to the property there is a gate that people need to buzz into so no one can pull up and park on the property. There are some renovations still going on but that is noted in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was great, not 5 star, but it was more that just pastries and Cereal. They also have a chart related to breakfast traffic which was helpful. They have an inspirational decor theme in the hotel along with hall music.

I would have liked to try a meal other than breakfast in the hotel but the renovations are still on going, and their fitness center could have used a weightlifting bench.
