Quality Inn

Very friendly staff. They support veterans..Very clean and comfortable hotel. WORLDS better than the previous place we stayed on our short vacation to Michigan. Comfortable Beds, pool, continental breakfast included. This place is very nice! I complimented the night staff as well. We WILL return to this hotel for later trips.

Absolutely nothing that we didn't like. The experience we had at Quality Hotel was exceptional,quiet, and comforting! We will return to this hotel in the future.

A nice large room with a fridge and a comfortable bed, and very friendly staff!

The only issue was that the heater was very noisy, since it was a fairly old unit. It literally woke me up a couple of times at night when it started. So, I simply turned it off because, fortunately, it was not very cold yet for Michigan standards. The point is that the hotel has some newer and quieter units, such as in the dining area. So, it would be nice to equip the rooms with similar units.

Was there for 3 days to visit family and could not bring my grandkid to go swimming with me and one lady at front desk said she don’t let nobody in and don’t put up with ppl be load she just calls the police and they were there when we checked in the front seat ppl used to be nice now they just look at u and not say anything till u say good morning or afternoon it used to be a good place to stay I rent a room about once a month when I come up there I will be looking for a different place now I felt very uncomfortable there

Because this was just a one night stopover on a longer trip, it was Convenient to the highway and restaurants (both sit down and fast food); king room was huge; staff was friendly

Key cards didn’t work (we tried 3) and had to get front staff to let us in our room. We were there only one night so when we went out to grab food to bring back to the room, my teenage son let me back in the room so we didn’t have to deal with problems getting back into the room. The outside of the hotel could use sourcing up … weeds and things and the two bath towels in the room were thin, but for a one night stay these are minor issues.

The room was nice.

The room we stayed in had a bad AC unit. It did not work most of the time. We talked to the front desk and was told they new it did not work right but was on the list to be replaced. This was nice to here but did us no good.

When I called the front desk to complain about the obvious party the lady said she had already taken care of it but to call again if there was a problem. She said she would call the police and have them escorted out. Everything seemed to be updated, that was nice. Heavy curtains to keep out the light, very nice.

They must have just painted the walls and there was overspray on the trim especially bad behind the bathroom door. There were some people having a party and must have propped open the outside door, all we could smell was cigarette smoke and the smell of pot. The floor was very cold. No trash can by the door outside for dog waste. Not enough coffee packets in the room.

No elevator for the second floor. The pool was comfortable but small. The breakfast was very carb heavy, so not good for a diabetic guest. They said there should usually be eggs and sausage, but they hadn't been delivered.

It was off the heavy trafficked road, plenty of places to get a bite to eat and clean. Good field for dogs to exercise and get some air. We are snow birds so nice place to stop for the night and get positioned to shop before going to home in the U. P.

Not much. It wasn’t a resort but a good place to stop after a long days travel.

I think for one night was crazy to pay 122.00 to high for one night of stay could not swim because to many ppl and then at 7am when the pool opens they shock it so then u had to wait 30 more minutes but by then all the kids were in there

Almost everything was great! I really loved the sheets, super soft and comfy! Whirlpool tub was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day

The only complaint is the bed is too firm for us, but literally everything else has been perfect!
