Large room, comfortable bed (this is always a good thing) At most hotels, I complain the the breakfast provided doesn't work for me, as I am lactose intolerant. None of the hotels I have stayed at have plant-based milk for breakfast, so I can't have dry cereal with milk for breakfast. But ... Best Western Hannaford Inn & Suites had almond milk!! That was fantastic, I had some cereal with almost milk, loved it ... but there's more to the story, see below.

Parking lot kind of small and crowded, I returned after dark one night and there was only one space left, way in the back. Regarding the plant-based milk which made me so happy my first morning there, my second morning at the hotel, there was none. I asked the attendant, he looked around, and couldn't find any. FAIL.

Tamara who work the front desk check me in she was so professional excellent customer service. Throughout my stay I had a few special things that I requested just because I had my 5-year-old grandson with me the accommodated me the whole staff was so very nice pillows very fluffy bed so comfy everything was great. If I had to say anything it would be that to maintenance the pool area better they have a grill which I would have loved to use but it hadn't been cleaned in Forever and they have the kitchenette but there are no dishes.

I felt very safe great location right by Kenwood Mall once again the staff was amazing Tamara in my opinion set the atmosphere at the very beginning to have an excellent stay

The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choices. The hotel was clean and situated close to the highway and shopping center. Our room was recently updated with vinyl flooring, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom with shower.

There was only one elevator which took a long time to access and the laundry facility was closed for the entire duration of our stay. There were no ice machines on floors 2, 3 or 4 which meant using the elevator to access the only one on the first floor. The front desk staff were friendly but unprofessional at check in and check out. I lost my $100 incidental deposit because the staff person was uncertain as to how to reverse the charges to my debit card.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We needed to change the television input to HDMI- went to ask the front desk how to do that on our way to the pool. The receptionist explained how to do it and then told us she would do it herself while we were at the pool. We got back and it was all taken care of. The breakfast every morning was hot and delicious; kitchen staff was great about replenishing the foods that were running low. All in all, wonderful stay.

the suite was incredible... plenty of room , will definitely book again

the couch in the suite was very very low to the ground...us old 60yr people could not possibly get up from that low couch...i had to sit on 2 pillows to even use it....need to put a regular normal couch in there...PLEASE also the kitchen area was great but it would be great if you would provide paper plates, napkins, and even plastic spoons and forks...it would not cost you a lot and it would make it fantastic for your guest...

Was a 5 day getaway, customer service was exceptional as booking does not tell you that debit or credit is to be used they allowed cash payment. The room was bright redone with a small kitchenette that was handy with a fridge was super clean. was given a bag with water a Cheetos and granola bar. They offer breakfast with ur stay although not a huge selection it was very well done, I tried the eggs and personally didn’t like them they offered gravy and biscuit every other day. A nice selection of bagels, toast and cereals, yogurt. fresh coffee juices. I will definitely return on the next adventure down there.

Not much I can say I didn’t like except for small pillows they have on the bed are uncomfortable. Possibly change breakfast a little as every other day was the same for hot food.

Our rooms were spacious and very quiet. It was like an apartment! Even though we were on the highway side of the hotel , we heard very little traffic noise! They were in the process of renovations but we heard very little of that noise, as well! The bed was very comfortable! The staff was very helpful and friendly!

The only complaint that we have was the bathroom. The toilet seat was very small and cheap! There was also quite a bit of mold on the shower walls. I was told that our room has not yet been renovated and will be soon.

The room was very large, had a kitchen with a sink and cabinets. The shower was powerful, something I love plus the fan actually worked, no steamy mirrors. Had a couch. Breakfast was great.

The only thing I didn't like was the only ice machine was on the bottom floor only.

I liked having the separate bedroom. And coffee available all the time was nice. It was close to alot of entertainment options and restaurants.

We only had two towels for two people for two days. It would have been nice to get extra towels. The wall by the window had an are that looked like it had water damage previously and it wasn't repaired well.

I was in town working on a new store at Kenwood Towne Centre which is directly across the street. It is also very easy to access major roadways but doesn’t feel like it’s a highway hotel. While the rooms are a bit outdated, there was plenty of room and generally comfortable furniture. For the price it would be hard to beat. The staff were all super friendly and the breakfast was great. I will stay here again next month when I return.

Room furnishings were outdated and while there is a full refrigerator, the sink is tiny which makes washing dishes with no dishwasher a mess. Also, the desk is in the kitchen as it is part of island, this is in the king suites at least.
