They could not find our reservation that I had made with booking.com. The first staff member said they could give me a room but would have to charge me their price which was $30.00 more that I had already paid. Finally, I talked to someone else and she gave us a room but it was two queen beds and not the king that I had in my reservation that I made with booking.com. She said it was booking.com computer problems and that this had happened several times before.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and it was such a relief to be able to bring my small dog! The location was right off the highway, the bed was comfy, and the room was clean. I was there right before the holiday, and you can tell the staff put a lot of work into making it homey. Also, I was really happy my room had a full kitchen and refrigerator because I was traveling with food that needed to stay frozen for my dog!

There were some guests in a larger group during my stay that were up a little late walking around, but that's not the hotel's fault, and they seemed to go to bed at a reasonable time! Also, the hotel rooms feel quite clean (no evidence of dogs at all!) but the hallways felt a little dated. It wasn't a big deal though. Last note - there is a $75 pet fee (but most hotels will charge you double so it's really your best option!)

The rooms were very clean, large, and full size fridge with a large dishwasher garbage disposal as well as a glass top stove. The night manager was very pleasant as well as helpful. She greeted everyone that came in or out. Ample parking lots of restaurants to choose from. The twin queen room was perfect. They even have 3 BBQ grills in back of property with a gazebo table and chairs. Easter weekend of 22' it was perfect get away. Thank you and we will return.

Everything was perfect loved everything about this facility.

Large, very quiet and very clean room with comfortable beds and full kitchen facilities. Friendly front staff. Great location for nearby dining and shopping. While no breakfast served, array of breakfast options across the street and down the block. Good value.

Some safety features in the shower/bathtub such as a bathmat and/or non-slip flooring to prevent falls while showering.

I didn't try the breakfast. The central air and heating was wonderful, the showers were great, and above all the staff was fantastic. They were more than accommodating and made sure to frequently ask about the quality of my stay. The management in particular was phenomenal.

My only complaint is that there isn't a more convenient way of disposing of your garbage than hauling it off to the dumpsters yourself; I believe the experience could benefit from a sort of middleman in that regard.

When I arrived the general manager Pia Morris greeted me right away. I was in town for my daughters wedding and was very anxious to get checked in and see my daughter. Pia got me checked in very quickly and made me feel like I was part of the family. I was a little stressed when I arrived and her friendly and upbeat personality just made my stress go away! Loved the room, bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, loved the kitchenette and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you so much Pia Morris.

Rooms are very nice. Kitchenette has everything you need. Lots of room. Beds were pretty comfortable. Staff was very helpful

A few towels looked like they were still dirty. Pillows are terrible, but that's why we always bring our own.

we had a 10 person group staying for a funeral. Pia, the manager, and all her staff were so welcoming. they arranged us to be on the same floor, accommodated us when we had an outdoor gathering, and took care of our every need. the place is very clean, the beds are comfortable.

it’s hard to walk anywhere from the hotel, no sidewalks. I’m coming from are large city, so it was strange not to be able to walk 2 blocks, but have to drive it instead.

shower still had an old bar or soap and there were hairs left throughout the bathroom. makes me question whether it was cleaned properly.

Best Value in the Bell Vernon area. Very clean and comfortable room with full kitchen and stocked plates silverware, etc. Full-size fridge. Quiet room. Aldi's across the street to stock up. Close to restaurants and shopping. Excellent friendly front staff.
