Great selection of food and drinks. Liked the make it yourself Waffles, yogurt, and cocoa crispies the most. Lovely dining area, clean, and conducive to gathering. Bathroom very clean. Actually able to take a bath, 1st time for that in a hotel. Pillows and mattress very good.

The omelets tasted a bit artificial,maybe the cheese, maybe partly the egg mix? There should be more outlets by the beds for devices. Staff explained that they are working on.this, but the walls are concrete, so it is time consuming and costly to retrofit.

Nice breakfast every morning. Close to the locations we wanted to visit.

Big dip in the entrance to parking off Old Lebanon Road. No housekeeping daily & yes you could go down to the desk to ask to get replenished but many times no one at the desk. Front desk staff didn't look like they were working. In t-shirts with yoga pants & tennis shoes

Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was friendly. Shower had great water pressure!

Pillows were terrible. Like laying on nothing. If using those pillows, you would need to double the number. There were 4. You would need 8. Need to upgrade to lamps that have built-in phone charger ports.

you could tell they make the effort to keep it clean. The breakfast was wonderful.

The bed was much too hard for me to get comfortable but my husband was comfortable. I thought the pool was inside but it was outside, that was my fault but still a bummer. The lady at check-in had a haughty demeanor but all the others were incredibly pleasant.

The staff was so kind and on an EXTREMELY busy weekend, they were able to accommodate early check in, keep the coffee stocked, and provide a well-stocked and delicious breakfast in the morning! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable!

I don't typically eat breakfast, but very much thankful for all day coffee, hot oatmeal (took to room and heated later in day) and fresh fruit! Happy for the Fitness Center and the filtered water cooler there. Location was perfect for my needs. Staff very friendly.

Nothing really - the location, accommodations and services were fine.

We were only in town for a short stay for a flag football tournament and were only at the hotel for a few hours over night, but we enjoyed our stay for the time we were there. The staff was friendly upon checking in, property was well maintained, and they even provided a nice breakfast the following morning.

Location close to family. Easy access to city.

The policy of Comfort Inn regarding housekeeping. No central area on the floor for trash. Towels had to be requested from front desk.

We love the Hampton Inns. Always stay at them where ever we can. Love the breakfast, and they are always clean and comfy. The decor is lovely, parking lot and outside area is wonderful. We sat outside every night and had our beverages and visited with our family.

The location was good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, expecially the day clerk Nancy! We will stay there again when visiting! The breakfast was quite nice as well. We were very happy with this hotel!

One minor issue was that one of the rooms had a king instead of 2 queens for a pair of brothers, but the staff was very helpful in bringing up a rollaway
